A beautiful, strong, shiny, soft, and thick hair is a dream of every woman. Right? But, the pollution, dust, dandruff, unhealthy eating habits are causing hair problems like hair fall, split ends, itchy scalp, dry hairs, and loss of nourishment. Beneficial for the heart:

Ginger offers various health benefits to the heart as it helps in reducing the cholesterol level in the body and as well as prevents the risk of blood clotting. Overall, it is good for heart health thus including ginger in your daily diet is good.

Digestive health:

Most of the people nowadays suffer from the problem of indigestion & feel discomfort in their stomach. To get rid of such stomach issues, consume ginger as it helps in curing indigestion. To help your stomach to get empty easily consume ginger soup.

 

 

Treats nausea:

Ginger is the best and natural remedy for the cure of vomiting. Consuming ginger will prevent nausea and will give you instant relief. For prevention of vomiting, chew raw ginger or you can also consume ginger tea. Intake ginger also reduces the chances of having cancer. 

Liver health:

Intake of ginger protects the body from harmful chemicals that can hurt liver health. It protects the liver from any sort of damage and scar. Ginger consumption also reduces the chances of liver ageing. Ginger helps in sedimenting the metal and drugs present in the liver thus improves the overall health of the liver.

Cures inflammation:

The process of white blood cells protecting the body from viruses and infection is called Inflammation. However, sometimes the process can go wrong and causes joint pain. Because of this process, the immune system starts causing damage to tissues that results in inflammation.  The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of ginger helps in the treatment of inflammation.

Improves brain functionality:

Consumption of ginger is very good for brain functionality as it contains anti-inflammatory properties. It makes the mind alert and helps in the increasing presence of the mind. 

Relief from muscle pain:

Ginger helps in curing muscle pain. To treat the pain in your muscles, intake 2gms of ginger in a powder or a paste form. Consume it regularly for 11 days to get the best results. Along with consuming gingers, we suggest you do some simple elbow exercises for fast relief.

Cures menstrual cramps:

During the periods, women have to go through a lot of pain and it is unbearable sometimes. To get relief from menstrual cramps ginger is the best remedy. Consume at least 1gm of ginger for 3 days to ease the menstrual cycle and cure the pain.

  • To get long, strong, and beautiful hair, drink ginger juice daily. You can also mix ginger juice and onion and apply them to your scalp to increase the thickness of your hair. Apply it for only 15 minutes or half an hour, not more than that. After 15 minutes, wash your hair properly. 
  • Ginger Juice helps in conditioning the hairs and increases the blood circulation level in hair follicles. If you are someone whose hair is dry and frizzy then we suggest you mix ginger juice along with olive oil and apply it on hairs and scalp. 
  • To increase your hair growth you can also make a hair mask by including ginger. All you have to do is mix coconut oil, garlic cloves (crushed form), coconut milk, honey, and ginger juice properly. Take this paste in your hand and apply it to your scalp and leave it for half an hour. After 30 minutes, wash your hair.

  • Take a piece of ginger and by using a knife cut it into small pieces or you can grate it as well.
  • On a low flame, boil this grated ginger along with water, and when the watercolour starts to change after few minutes, switch off the flame.
  • Filter it with the help of your hands.
  • Press the residual so that you get the juice at a maximum level.
  • When the water cools down, pour the juice in a spray bottle or mix it with oil and apply it to your scalp.
  • For an hour put this mask in your hairs and after that rinse it off while applying shampoo. 
  • Apply this ginger hair mask once a week to get rid of dandruff and hair loss.

  • To get a good result, we suggest you apply this mixture twice a week.

 

Ginger and lemon:

Ingredients required: Ginger juice and lemon 

In a bowl, mix ginger juice (read above to know how to make ginger juice) along with some drops of lemon. Apply it to your hair and scalp for 20 minutes and after that wash off your hairs. To get good results, apply this natural mixture to your hair once a week.

 

Ginger and rosewater:

Ingredients required: Ginger juice and rose water 

Take a bowl and mix ginger juice and rose water according to the length of your hairs. Add this mix into the water and then wash your hairs with it. To get good results, do so twice or thrice a week.
