If no results* are seen after using Traya for the defined eligibility period then you can apply for a refund as per steps below. Please note the number of months for refund is based on your health profile and is not 5 months for all users. Click here to know your eligibility period.
*Results can be defined as hair regrowth, increase in hair volume, reduction of hair fall or reduction of dandruff depending on your initial hair fall stage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Purchased complete recommended kits from Traya website or app
- Purchased the right number of kits in the right time period for e.g if your eligibility period is 5 months, usage of 5 complete kits should happen in a duration of 6 months. This tells us that you have been a regular customer.
- Submitted at least 3-4 clear, unshaved scalp images spread across the treatment
- Completed at least 3 calls with the Traya Hair Coach spread across the treatment
- Raised money back request within 30 days of placing 5/8/12th kit order ( depends on your eligibility)

That certain health conditions whether pre-existing/suffered during Traya treatment make you ineligible for the money back.

How to apply?
- Email us on customercare@traya.health along with your latest order number
OR - Raise a ticket for the Money Back Guarantee in the 'Help & Support', from the ‘Profile’ section in your Traya app.
How does the refund process work?
- Once your request is raised, we will check for all eligibility conditions listed above
- If eligibility conditions are met, we will assign an unbiased and qualified dermatologist who will assess your case and take the final decision
- The decision will be taken only after you have a call with the assigned dermatologist
The decision taken by the dermatologist will be final.
Please note that the policy applies only to results seen from the start of the treatment up to the eligibility period. It does not cover future results or deterioration beyond that period. For example, if your eligibility period is 5 months, the money-back guarantee is only valid for results seen within those 5 months of treatment.
