Sesame Oil is also called Gingelly Oil. It is a type of vegetable oil derived from sesame seeds and is known for its multiple uses. Once the small Sesame seeds become ripe, it sheds its shell, and then the oil is extracted from them by using different techniques.

Sesame oil contains essential fatty acids and antioxidants in abundance. Sesame seed is rich in vitamin B and vitamin E along with numerous minerals such as protein, magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus. Sesame oil for hair has been used as a natural treatment for hair problems for centuries.

      Aloe vera gel, 2 tablespoons

      Sesame oil, 2 tablespoons

      Take a pot and put 2 tablespoons of Sesame oil and 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel. You will be required to heat the mixture for a few minutes and leave it to cool.

      Then apply it on your scalp and hair and wash it after 30-45 minutes with a mild shampoo.

      1 ripe avocado

      Sesame oil, 2 tablespoons

      A smooth paste of mashed avocado and sesame oil is needed to apply on the scalp and hair.

      Take a bowl, add sesame oil to it, and put it on the flame. Then add the curry leaves. Leave it on the gas until the leaves turn black.

       After the oil gets cold, massage it on the scalp. Cover the hair with a warm towel at least for 30-40 minutes. Then rinse your hair by using a mild shampoo.

      • Ginger And Sesame Oil

      Ginger juice, 1 teaspoon

      1 whole egg (for normal hair)
