Dye your Hair Naturally With Beetroot

Beetroot for Hair

Nowadays both men and women love to color their hair. Some do it because it’s trending and want to try out a new look while others do it to hide their grey hair. Although trying out new looks with a variety of colors can be fun, exposing your hair to chemical dyes and bleaching agents can be very toxic.

Most people invest in their hair without being concerned about the impact it leaves behind. The dyes that are available in the market today contain potentially harmful chemicals like ammonia, formaldehyde, sodium lauryl sulfate, and parabens. These chemicals can cause hair damage and scalp sensitivity so much so that the damage done is now nearly irreversible. This is why you see hair that is colored looking so lifeless and dull after a certain point. Despite using high-end products for your hair, you eventually end up destroying the texture and overall quality of your hair.

After learning the side effects that these chemicals can cause, more and more people switch to using natural and organic dyes with ingredients that are easily available in the kitchen. One of the best ways to go natural when it comes to hair color is to use ’beetroot’.
