    Making Ajwain water is very easy. Roast two tablespoons of Ajwain seeds on a low flame and soak them overnight in water. The next morning, strain the liquid and drink it on an empty stomach. Drinking Ajwain water can do a lot of benefits to your hair, skin, and digestive health.


    2. Using Ajwain in Oil

    Boil a few seeds of Ajwain and onion in your hair oil. You can use mustard oil or coconut oil for this purpose. Once the oil cools down, apply it to your hair and massage thoroughly in the scalp. Leave for about an hour before washing off. This will strengthen the roots and prevent premature greying.


    3. Using Ajwain Oil

    Take a few drops of Ajwain oil in your palms and massage it on the scalp. You can leave the oil overnight before washing it off the next morning. This will help prevent hair fall and reduce dandruff. It will also help with treating scalp rashes and scalp irritation.


    4. Ajwain hair mask

    An Ajwain hair mask can be prepared by using a few seeds along with a few curry leaves and mixing it thoroughly in yoghurt. Apply this mask to your hair and scalp. Cover with a shower cap and leave for an hour before washing off.

    Crush a tablespoon of Ajwain seeds and mix with water to make a paste. You can also use Ajwain powder for this. Apply the paste to the area where there are acne or pimple scars. Leave the paste for 10-15 minutes and then wash with water. Repeat this process regularly for the best results.

    2. Yoghurt Ajwain paste

    Make a paste with Ajwain powder and yoghurt and apply to the area where you have an acne scar or pigmentation. Leave the paste for 10-15 minutes and then wash off. Practice this daily till you start noticing lightning in the scar.


    3. Drinking Ajwain water for skin health is also very beneficial. It will prevent acne and pimples due to their antioxidant properties and by keeping digestion regulated.
