3 Tips For Every Hustling Working Professional

It’s easy to say that hustling is part of the bustle in life especially when you’re living in a country like India. But we’ve progressed from the usual 9 to 5 jobs to having prominent professional work getting done from home (thanks to COVID-19 :/). Most of this has us up at night completing work projects and presentations at 4 am in the morning. But while the definition of hustle has changed drastically in these challenging times, we’re sort of losing touch with what we should be doing for ourselves too!

Yes, there is a “YOU” that exists in this precious world.

The hustling may have changed but there’s always a way to keep up with the general chaos of life. Now we won’t share our wisdom on life as much because….we’re hardly exposed to it these days :/

So here’s a simpler topic - staying regular with your Traya treatment, our secret to dealing with hair loss in India.

  1. Prioritize your health
It’s okay to be ambitious about the things you love but don’t forget, to care for the things you love means also taking care of yourself. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep, sun, food and everything in between because you are what makes your universe special. Hair care as per our ayurveda principles also suggest the same - not some fancy hair masks or oils but taking your Traya treatment regularly without any miss outs (you might miss out on it 2 - 3 times during your entire course which is completely normal, no need to freak out!).  Only when you set your priority straight, the best hair fall treatment (in India!) will work it’s magic.
  2. Your efforts count
Just like how to put in your effort on keeping up with the latest Netflix hits, you need to get that same energy and put it into your health! It could be in simple routines of exercising early morning, going to bed at 10 pm, eating a balanced amount of veggies for your meals and in-between snacking, etc. It all changes when you decide that today’s the day you start making the change because you wanna see yourself grow from your efforts. For your treatment, things like putting up small (and cute) notes to remind yourself to take your Traya meds or just literally putting up a reminder can help a ton with staying committed to your progress.
  3. Give yourself time to recover
There will be times when you might start off with big ideas and ambitions for your treatment on being absolutely committed and regular but...it doesn’t go the way you planned or imagined. Don’t worry, take deep breaths at a time, start off small. Begin with setting up 3 different reminders for your treatment - 1 for your ayurveda meds, 1 for your hair regrowth serum and 1 just to take some time to be proud of what you’ve done so far during your day. If you wanna start exercising (please don’t look at those ripped guys and girls lifting 50 kgs that’s….not what we can do for now) start off by going for a regular ½ hour brisk walk. The progress begins when you accept yourself for who you are currently too.

In conclusion, staying true to Traya’s treatment can actually teach you a thing or two about life (didn’t you read the 3 tips already?!). But on a more serious note, making sure you’re regular with the treatment by disciplining yourself into the “hardcore” things of life like this are what can contribute to your progress with your health and hair. These very tips find it’s relevance with the Ayurvedic hair care principles too. So be patient because we know you’ve got it in you! 💯
