We choose the most authentic and selective ingredients for you. We monitor our sources continuously and make sure you get the best because we know we are as good as the ingredients that go in our medicines.

Ashwagandha is a medicinal herb and an adaptogen meaning it can help the body manage stress. It has been used for years to relieve stress, increase energy levels, boost muscle strength and improve concentration and has now become a popular ingredient in various products due to its health benefits.

Ashwagandha benefits:

Reduce blood sugar levels: One test-tube study found that it increased insulin secretion and improved insulin sensitivity in muscle cells. Also, several human studies have suggested that it can reduce blood sugar levels in both healthy people and those with diabetes.

Lowers cortisol levels: Cortisol is known as the stress hormone which is released in response to stress as well as low blood sugar levels in the body. Ashwagandha is known as the de-stress herb and helps to lower cortisol levels in chronically stressed individuals. In one study in chronically stressed adults, those who supplemented with ashwagandha had significantly greater reductions in cortisol, compared with the control group. Those taking the highest dose experienced a 30% reduction, on average.
