When Dipshita first joined her consultation call, her voice carried both exhaustion and hope. “Mera actually hair bahut oily hai, aur mere body mein vitamin kam hai, isi wajah se jyada hair fall ho raha hai. Iron deficiency hai… aur PCOD bhi hai,” she admitted.
For her, every hair wash was a frustrating cycle. Just a day after shampooing, her scalp turned greasy again. The hair fall only worsened, strands collecting on her pillow, comb, and bathroom floor. Despite taking Vitamin B3 and B12 injections, nothing seemed enough. And the combination of PCOD, low hemoglobin, iron deficiency, and oily scalp created the perfect storm for constant shedding.
Like many women battling PCOD-related hair issues, Dipshita had questions that no one had answered before. Could oiling worsen her oily scalp? Were supplements really safe? And most importantly, how long would it take before she saw results?
Understanding the Root Cause
Her coach, Ilma, patiently explained how multiple internal health issues were silently driving her hair concerns:
- PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disorder): This hormonal imbalance affects ovulation and leads to higher androgen levels, which shrink hair follicles and accelerate hair thinning.
- Iron Deficiency & Low Hemoglobin: Iron carries oxygen to hair roots. When hemoglobin is low, the scalp doesn’t receive enough nourishment, weakening follicles and causing hair to fall easily.
- Vitamin B3 & B12 Deficiency: These vitamins support cell renewal and energy supply to follicles. Without them, hair lacks the strength to sustain growth.
- Oily Scalp + Mild Dandruff: Excess sebum traps dust and weakens roots, while dandruff inflames the scalp, adding to hair fall.
Ilma reassured her: “Ye sare jo factors apane share kare hain, ye scalp tak proper nourishment pahunchne nahin dete. Traya ki kit inhi root causes pe work karegi. Don’t worry, we’ll address all of them step by step.”
Clearing the Doubts
One of Dipshita’s biggest worries was about oiling. “Maine suna hai oily scalp walon ko oiling nahi karna chahiye,” she said.
Ilma clarified that oiling is necessary for all scalps, but the frequency and duration change. For oily scalps, lighter and shorter oiling is recommended to avoid buildup. “Oiling ka timeline alag hota hai oily scalp ke liye. Don’t worry, I’ll guide you exactly when and how long to keep it,” Ilma explained.
Another point of confusion was dosage of supplements. At first, Dipshita thought she had to take only one tablet per meal. Ilma corrected her:
- Her Nourish: 2 tablets after breakfast + 2 tablets after dinner.
- Hair Santulan 1: 2 tablets after dinner.
All supplements were herbal, safe, and designed to target her deficiencies while balancing hormones.
The Step-by-Step Plan
To give structure to her journey, Ilma divided Dipshita’s care into two routines:
1. Hair Wash Routine (Weekly)
- Night Before: Apply anti-dandruff solution (night lotion) across the scalp, spread lightly, no massage.
- Next Morning: Mix booster into scalp oil, apply 30 minutes before shampoo.
- Wash: Use defense shampoo to cleanse.
- Condition: Apply defense conditioner only on hair lengths, not scalp.
2. Daily Routine
- Morning: Take supplements after breakfast (Her Nourish x2).
- Evening/Dinner: Her Nourish x2 + Hair Santulan 1 x2.
- Stay consistent, even if a dose is missed, without skipping treatment entirely.
Setting the Right Expectations
Ilma also laid out a clear results timeline to keep Dipshita’s expectations realistic:
- Month 1: Scalp cleanses, dandruff clears, and follicles become ready for treatment.
- Month 2–3: Shedding phase – weak hair sheds faster. A temporary increase in hair fall may occur, but it’s a positive sign of renewal.
- Month 4: Noticeable reduction in hair fall.
- Month 5 onwards: Visible improvement in hair volume and density.
She reminded Dipshita that supplements would be required for about 6–8 months. After that, the kit would be reduced to just a few maintenance products, lowering costs while helping her sustain results.
Beyond Products – A Mindset Shift
What struck Dipshita most was Ilma’s reassurance: “Agar hum positive rahte hain na, toh results aur bhi better aate hain. Hamara mind state bhi health ko affect karta hai.”
For someone who had been struggling silently with PCOD and nutrient deficiencies, this emotional support mattered as much as the treatment itself.
Dipshita also learned how to use the Traya app to stay on track:
- Log & Earn: Track daily product usage and earn coins for discounts.
- Diet Plan: Personalized food recommendations to manage PCOD, balance hormones, and improve scalp health.
- Book a Call: Easy access to hair coaches whenever she had new doubts.
With everything in place, Dipshita felt ready. “Monday se start karungi,” she said confidently, finally having a roadmap she could trust.
Why This Works for Dipshita
Traya’s strength lies in combining internal health correction with external scalp care:
- Supplements (Her Nourish, Hair Santulan 1): Correct PCOD-driven imbalances, improve hemoglobin and iron levels, and strengthen hair from inside.
- Scalp Oil + Anti-dandruff Lotion: Keep scalp clean, control greasiness, and improve absorption of nutrients.
- Defense Shampoo & Conditioner: Gentle cleansing without stripping oils, making it suitable for oily scalps.
Most importantly, Traya’s guided coaching ensures she won’t feel lost or demotivated if shedding increases or results take time.
A Journey of Patience and Positivity
Hair loss from PCOD and deficiencies can feel never-ending, but Dipshita’s story shows that with the right diagnosis, structured plan, and emotional support, it’s possible to take control again.
Her journey has just begun, but she’s no longer confused or fearful. She knows exactly what to do each day, what to expect in each month, and whom to reach out to when in doubt.
And for the first time, she’s looking at her reflection not with frustration—but with hope.
