From Confused to Consistent: Rohit’s Traya Start

Traya Journey at a Glance

  • What changed: A 32-year-old man noticed he’d been dealing with hair fall for nearly 10–11 years and wanted regrowth: “Hair thoda zyada hona chahiye.”
  • What seemed to be driving it: Mild dandruff plus lifestyle and lack of nutrition (as explained on the call).
  • What he started using: Hair Vitamin capsules, Hair Ras tablets, Anti-dandruff Shampoo, Scalp Oil mixed with Growth Therapy booster oil, and Minoxidil 5% serum.
  • What timeline he was guided for: A consistent 5–8 month plan - early months for internal health + dandruff control, months 4–6 for visible hair fall reduction, and months 7–8 for regrowth.
  • What the “win” looked like: A simple, repeatable routine (just “two minutes in the morning and two minutes at night”) with clarity on what to expect, so he could stay consistent without panic.

The day the kit arrived - and the anxiety with it

Rohit, a 32-year-old from Indore, didn’t call Traya to talk about hair science. He called because his kit had arrived, and he felt stuck.

“Kit kaise kaise use karenge - ham to pata nahin,” he said, the kind of honest confusion you feel when you’ve waited for help, and now you’re afraid you’ll mess it up.

In the background, there were vehicle sounds. He had stepped aside just to understand one thing clearly: what to do next.

And underneath that was the bigger story - he’d been watching his hair fall for a decade.

Living with hair fall for 10–11 years

When the coach asked how long he’d been noticing hair fall, Rohit didn’t hesitate.

“Das - gyarah saal ho gaya,” he said.

Ten years is long enough for hair fall to stop feeling like a phase and start feeling like fate. He hadn’t tried a lot of treatments - just “rosemary water” for a couple of months. But now he wanted what most people want when they finally ask for help out loud: “Hair thoda zyada hona chahiye… naye baal aane chahiye.”

He also mentioned something else that had become routine: his hair had turned white and he used hair color regularly.

What the coach flagged as the “why”

On the call, the coach mapped his situation in simple terms: Rohit had mild dandruff, plus diet and lifestyle gaps, and a lack of nutrition. In real life, that combination can quietly stack up - when your scalp isn’t fully calm and your body isn’t consistently nourished, hair starts feeling like the first thing the system can “pause.”

That’s where a personalized hair treatment plan helps - because it doesn’t just give you products, it gives you sequence, consistency, and a timeline you can hold on to.

And since his dandruff was mild, the goal wasn’t just to wash it away once - it was to keep the scalp clear and comfortable so hair care could actually work, especially for people dealing with dandruff and dry scalp hair loss.

Q: Does dandruff really make hair fall worse?

Yes - when dandruff triggers itching, inflammation, and scalp buildup, it can weaken the environment around the follicles. Getting dandruff under control is often a necessary first step before focusing on regrowth.

The questions that revealed his real fear: “Kitna time lagega?”

Rohit kept coming back to one thing: time.

“Kitna mahina karna padega?”
“Kitna din mein… malum padega?”

The coach didn’t oversell. She gave him a realistic window - 5 to 8 months - and explained what changes typically show up when.

She also addressed something that often scares people right at the start: early shedding.

In the first few weeks of Minoxidil use, she told him, hair fall can look like it’s increasing. But it’s usually the weaker hair shedding first, and it settles with time. The reassurance mattered because panic is where most routines break.

The turning point: making the routine feel doable

Rohit’s biggest problem wasn’t motivation. It was confusion. He kept asking how to take the tablets, how to apply the oils, whether he should massage, and what to do about hair color.

So the coach slowed it down and made it practical.

She told him Traya would only take two minutes in the morning and two minutes at night - a tiny commitment, but one that could prevent the “gap” that ruins results.

And then she broke the kit into a routine he could actually follow.

What Rohit was advised to use - and why it fit his case

Rohit’s kit guidance focused on internal support, scalp care, and topical regrowth support - matching what the coach had identified: mild dandruff and nutrition/lifestyle gaps.

He was guided to use:

He was told to take Hair Vitamin for a 3-month course to support nutritional needs tied to hair health. The coach positioned it as a supportive add-on for “lack of nutritions.”

He was also instructed to take Hair Ras - two tablets after breakfast and two after dinner. As per Traya’s Ayurvedic logic, Hair Ras is positioned for daily natural hair nourishment and is designed to balance pitta dosha, support circulation to follicles, and nourish tissue health (including Asthi Dhatu), which aligns with long-term hair quality support.

For scalp care, he was told to oil twice a week by mixing the small bottle (Growth Therapy booster oil) into the larger Scalp Oil bottle, applying it on the scalp, leaving it for 30 minutes, and washing with Anti-dandruff Shampoo. The shampoo contains ketoconazole, which is used to control dandruff by addressing fungal buildup - helping keep the scalp environment clean and less irritated.

For regrowth support, he was instructed to apply Minoxidil 5% daily - 1 ml in the morning after a bath on a clean, dry scalp, and 1 ml at night before sleep, only on visible thinning areas, without rubbing or massaging.

He also got clear instructions around hair coloring: use herbal, avoid chemical color, and skip Minoxidil for 24 hours around coloring.

The timeline he was asked to trust

Rohit wasn’t promised overnight change. He was given a map:

The coach explained that in months 1–3, the focus would be internal health and bringing dandruff under control. In months 4–6, he should look for visible reduction in hair fall. And in months 7–8, he could expect early signs of regrowth.

She also managed expectations about hairline regrowth being harder for many people, while sharing that some customers do see changes there too - so he stayed hopeful without being misled.

Resolution: from “I don’t know how” to “I can do this daily”

By the end of the call, Rohit wasn’t suddenly “cured.” But something important had shifted: he wasn’t lost anymore.

He had repetition, clarity, and a routine he could follow without overthinking. He knew what to apply, when to apply it, what not to mix (like oil and Minoxidil massage), and what “normal” could look like in the first few weeks.

And maybe most importantly - he didn’t have to do it alone. He was shown the app’s “How to use,” reminders, logging, and call booking, with follow-ups planned to track progress.

That’s often the real beginning of a hair recovery story: not the first new hair, but the first day you stop feeling confused - and start feeling consistent.
