Neeraj’s 5-Month Plan for Long-Term Hair Fall

Traya Journey at a Glance

  • Problem: 3–4 years of long-term hair fall with a receding hairline.
  • Context: A transferable government job, constant moves, and “climate, weather, water” - plus steady work pressure.
  • Plan: A personalized hair treatment plan built around internal health + scalp care + regrowth.
  • Products used: Health Tatva, Hair Vitamin, Hair Ras, Defence Shampoo, Scalp Oil mixed with Growth Therapy oil shot, and Minoxidil 5%.
  • Timeline shared: First 2 months focus on internal health, months 3–4 on scalp and follicle health, and visible “baby hair” changes from month 5 onward.

“Output kab tak shuru hoga?”

That was Neeraj’s first real question - half hopeful, half cautious.

He’d been noticing hair fall for “3–4 years,” and it wasn’t tied to one dramatic moment. It was more like a slow leak that never stopped. Neeraj worked a government job with frequent transfers. One posting in the North East, then Delhi, and in his words, “climate, weather, water - everything changes.” Over time, the hair fall started feeling less like a temporary phase and more like a pattern.

When his Traya kit got delivered, he picked up the call from his hair coach while he was out. Even then, you could hear what mattered most to him: “Koi side effect to nahin hai?” He wasn’t looking for experiments. He wanted something he could trust.

When hair fall becomes part of the routine

Neeraj hadn’t tried any hair loss treatments before Traya. No prior medication, no medical history, and no dandruff according to his hair test. But there was one thing he didn’t need a test to confirm: work stress. “Work pressure to hota hi hai,” he said - like it’s a given.

His coach also pointed out something important from the scalp images he’d uploaded: his hairline had started to recede. And she set expectations honestly - hairline regrowth can be tougher than crown regrowth, but the goal is to manage and maintain so it doesn’t get worse with time.

That clarity mattered, because vague promises don’t help when you’ve been dealing with hair fall for years.

The root cause Traya focused on: inside first, then outside

Based on Neeraj’s hair test, the coach explained his current root cause as nutrition, lifestyle, and metabolism.

This is where the digestion and hair fall connection becomes very real. When lifestyle gets disrupted - travel, changing water and food patterns, irregular routines, stress - the body’s ability to digest well and absorb nutrients can take a hit. Hair follicles are demanding; they need consistent nourishment. If the “internal supply chain” is patchy, hair often shows it early through thinning, shedding, and slower regrowth.

Along with that, daily stress can disturb sleep and recovery, which indirectly affects hair quality and shedding over time. Neeraj didn’t describe insomnia, but he did clearly describe the pressure of the job - and the coach acknowledged it as part of the picture.

Q: Can metabolism and digestion really affect hair fall?

Yes. When metabolism and digestion are sluggish, nutrient absorption can suffer. Over time, follicles may not get the steady nourishment they need, which can contribute to ongoing shedding and weaker hair quality.

The doubts he voiced (and the ones he didn’t need to)

Neeraj’s vulnerability came out in two simple questions.

First: “Side effect to nahin hai?” He needed reassurance before he even began.
Then: “Output kab tak shuru hoga?” - because long-term hair fall makes you skeptical about timelines.

The coach also proactively addressed a fear many people don’t say out loud: shedding after starting Minoxidil. She explained that hair fall can increase initially because weaker strands shed first, making space for stronger growth later. She even used an image Neeraj could visualize - like a tree shedding old, dry leaves before new ones grow.

The turning point: a routine that finally felt doable

The most practical thing the coach did wasn’t motivational talk - it was structure.

She mapped Neeraj’s 5-month journey in three phases: internal health for the first two months, scalp health in months three and four, and visible regrowth from month five onward. Not overnight. Not “in two weeks.” But a timeline that respected how hair growth actually behaves.

Then she made the plan fit real life - travel and all. She suggested simple consistency hacks: keep the serum on a bedside or dressing table, and keep oral supplements near where he eats breakfast and dinner, so the routine becomes automatic.

What Neeraj’s kit included - and why each piece mattered

Neeraj’s kit had a mix of internal and external care, designed to work together.

The coach guided him through usage clearly, even though he couldn’t open the kit on the call:

Internal support: building the base

Health Tatva was positioned as support for low energy and metabolism - taken after breakfast and dinner. It’s designed to support metabolism and nutrient absorption, which is key when the root cause includes nutrition and lifestyle.

Hair Vitamin was to be taken once after breakfast, aimed at improving follicular health - useful when the concern includes long-term thinning and hair fall linked to nutrient gaps.

Hair Ras was recommended to balance pitta dosha and support scalp and hair health from within. As shared in the kit explanation, it’s meant for daily natural hair nourishment, and it’s also positioned to help improve hair quality and may delay early greying. Neeraj was told to take two tablets after breakfast and two after dinner.

Scalp care + regrowth: targeting the follicles directly

Scalp Oil came with a Growth Therapy oil shot. He was instructed to mix the smaller bottle into the larger scalp oil bottle and apply it twice a week, leaving it on for at least 30 minutes (or overnight if comfortable). This kind of massage-based oiling aligns with the Ayurvedic idea of shiroabhyanga - calming the system and supporting circulation to hair follicles.

Defence Shampoo was recommended 2–3 times a week to cleanse and nourish, supporting overall scalp health and protecting hair from further damage.

Minoxidil 5% was explained as the regrowth serum: apply 1 ml to affected areas (not the whole scalp) on a clean, dry scalp - morning and night. This is designed to support regrowth in male pattern hair loss by improving blood flow to follicles and addressing DHT-related follicle shrinking.

Resolution: the calm that comes from a clear plan

Neeraj didn’t end the call with dramatic emotion. He ended it with something more believable: readiness.

He agreed to a follow-up on the weekend, because that’s when he could actually focus. And he had his marching orders - what to apply, what to expect, and how long to stay consistent before judging results.

For someone who’d lived with hair fall for years, that shift matters. Not just “a kit,” but a plan he could execute - even with transfers, travel, and work pressure.
