Neeraj’s 5-Month Plan to Tackle Hair Fall

Traya Journey at a Glance

  • Problem: Neeraj noticed steady hair fall for 1.5–2 years, with thinning visible on the sides and the crown.
  • Root causes discussed: Sleep interruptions, genetics, metabolism and nutrition, plus regular gas/acidity and constipation (gut comfort affecting consistency and nourishment).
  • What he used: Defence Shampoo, Minoxidil serum, Scalp Oil mixed with Calm Therapy booster, Nasal Grit, Hair Vitamin, Health Tatva, and Hair Ras.
  • Timeline shared by the coach: First 2 months focused on internal health; hair fall control around months 3–4; visible crown improvement around month 5.
  • Outcome goal: Maintain the hairline so it doesn’t worsen, while working toward better density and thickness with a personalized hair treatment plan.

The moment Neeraj realized he needed help

Neeraj, a working professional from North India, had been watching his hair fall quietly for almost two years. Not dramatic, not overnight - just persistent enough to become impossible to ignore. When his Traya kit finally arrived, he still didn’t start immediately.

“Bas isi ke chakkar mein… use nahi kar pa rahe hain,” he admitted on the call - he was stuck on something most people don’t talk about openly: confusion. Too many products. Too many rules. What goes first? What gets mixed? What if it backfires?

That’s where his hair coach stepped in - not with pressure, but with patience.

What was really going on beneath the hair fall

On the call, Neeraj shared key details that helped shape his plan. Hair fall had been ongoing for “saal-dedh… do saal.” He hadn’t taken any treatment earlier and had never used minoxidil before this kit.

Then came the layers: he had slightly high BP, sugar (and was on medication), and something that was affecting his daily comfort - regular gas, acidity, and constipation. He also mentioned his sleep was mostly okay, but it broke once in the middle of the night.

His coach explained his likely triggers in a way he could act on: sleep, genetics, metabolism, and nutrition. In simple terms, if your internal systems are running sluggish - especially digestion - your body struggles to use nutrition efficiently, and hair follicles can start operating on “low supply.” That’s the digestion and hair fall connection many people miss: it’s not only what you eat, but what your body is able to absorb and use consistently.

To support him immediately, she also nudged a small daily habit: 2.5–3 litres of water (preferably warm), and a warm morning drink with saunf and a bit of adrak - something he could do without overthinking.

Q: Can poor digestion and constipation worsen hair fall?

Yes. When digestion is disturbed and bowel movements are irregular, nutrient absorption and overall gut comfort can take a hit. Over time, that can reduce the steady nourishment hair follicles need - making shedding harder to control.

The doubts he said out loud (and the ones he didn’t have to)

Neeraj’s biggest hurdle wasn’t motivation - it was clarity.

He asked practical questions that reveal real vulnerability: “Kaun se din?” for shampoo. “Dono tel ek hi mein milana hai?” for the oils. And the big one, when minoxidil came up: “Are jo hai, woh bhi chale jaenge?”

This is the fear most first-time users carry - what if the treatment causes more hair fall?

His coach didn’t brush it off. She warned him upfront: when you start minoxidil, hair fall can look worse in the first few weeks, and “ghabraiyega nahi.” She used a gentle analogy: like a plant shedding old yellow leaves so new ones can grow. That reassurance mattered, because it gave him permission to stay consistent instead of panic-quitting.

How the coach made the routine feel doable

Instead of dumping instructions, she turned the kit into a simple morning-and-night rhythm.

His hair routine (as guided on call)

He was asked to use Defence Shampoo twice a week, with a gap between the two days.

For oiling, he had Scalp Oil and a small green Calm Therapy booster. The instruction was clear: mix the entire Calm Therapy shot into the Scalp Oil bottle (warming the bottle in lukewarm water first if the oil had thickened), then apply the oil twice a week at night.

The key detail: minoxidil first, oil after it dries. That’s what he was most confused about, and that’s what she patiently repeated until he said, “Han, clear hua.”

His regrowth and support stack

Neeraj’s kit also included minoxidil serum to be applied daily: 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml at night, placed on the visible scalp with a dropper and spread lightly with a finger - no massage.

For internal support, he was guided to take Hair Vitamin (once daily after breakfast), Health Tatva (one tablet after breakfast and one after dinner), and Hair Ras (two tablets after breakfast and two after dinner). In the Traya logic, Health Tatva supports metabolism and absorption - especially helpful for someone who described regular gas and acidity - while Hair Ras is positioned as daily natural nourishment that works on internal balance and hair quality over time.

Since his sleep broke once at night, he also received Nasal Grit, to use as nasal drops (three drops in each nostril before bed). The coach explained it simply: it’s made with cow ghee processed with herbs, and it’s meant to support calm and better sleep quality.

Because he was already on BP and sugar medicines, she advised a simple safety practice from the call: keep a five-minute gap between his regular medicines and Traya supplements.

The “what results should I expect?” conversation

The coach set expectations with a realistic timeline, which often becomes the difference between people who stay consistent and those who stop.

She told Neeraj the first two months are about internal health. By months three to four, he should start noticing hair fall control. Around five months, the visible crown area could begin showing new hair and better thickness and density.

She also addressed the sensitive truth: regrowth on the front hairline can be tougher, but the goal is to maintain it so it doesn’t get worse - especially when thinning is already visible on the sides and top.

Neeraj didn’t ask for a miracle. He just needed a plan he could follow.

Resolution: from “I can’t start” to “I’ll follow it properly”

By the end of the call, his tone had changed. The confusion was gone. He had written down the routine, repeated it back, and confirmed he’d save the number in case he got stuck again.

The most important shift wasn’t in his scalp yet - it was in his head. He went from “use nahi kar pa rahe” to “koshish rahegi puri.” And that’s often where real hair recovery begins: not with a single product, but with a routine that finally feels manageable.
