              For this, soak two spoons of fenugreek seeds for hair in water overnight. In the morning, remove it from the water and grind it and add 3 to 4 teaspoons of curd to it. Apply this paste on the hair for half an hour and then shampoo it.

              1. Keeps Hair Black For A Long Time

              The paste of fenugreek seeds and curry leaves can keep hair black for a long time. Fenugreek seeds for hair contains potassium which prevents hair from turning white.

              Soak one spoon of fenugreek seeds overnight. Then grind 10 to 12 curry leaves with fenugreek and make a paste. Apply this paste on the scalp and wash the hair after an hour.

              1. Methi for Hair Makes Hair Shiny and Smooth

              Fenugreek seeds for hair has a compound called musilase that smoothes tangled hair. Also, the minerals present in fenugreek make the hair shiny.

              For this, soak fenugreek overnight and make a paste. Add one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of almond oil, and half a lemon to this paste. Apply this paste well on the scalp and hair and shampoo it after one hour. Apply this hair pack twice a week.

              How to Use Fenugreek Seeds for Hair Care?

              Fenugreek seeds for hair can be used in a couple of ways, as we suggested above. The best way to use it is to soak the methi for hair and use the paste form of it. One can add other natural ingredients to it to address the problems.

              There are different ways to take the benefits of methi seeds for hair and other purposes. For ingestion, the supplements should be taken in liquid or powdered forms. The consumption of methi for hair like the methi seed benefits not only hair but helps to improve digestion, lowers the level of cholesterol and blood sugar levels as well.

              1. Fenugreek seeds with coconut milk and lemon

              Soak two teaspoons of fenugreek seeds overnight.

              Prepare a paste of soaked fenugreek seeds.

              Mix one teaspoon of lemon juice and coconut milk in this paste.

              Now apply this paste to the hair roots. Leave it on the hair for 20 minutes.

              After this massage, the hair properly and then washes it with shampoo. This way, fenugreek seeds benefit hair the most.

              1. Coconut Oil and Fenugreek

              By using coconut oil and fenugreek together, one can get rid of falling hair.

              Grind fenugreek seeds and prepare powder.

              Now put this powder in a vessel and add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to it.

              Mix well and apply it to hair roots.

              When the hair is dry properly, wash it with a mild shampoo.

              1. For Fenugreek Water

              Fenugreek - 50 grams

              Water - 1 glass

              Essential Oil - 5-6 drops

              Soak fenugreek seeds overnight or for 12 hours. Now sieve the fenugreek water with the help of a sieve and fill the water in a spray bottle. If you do not like the smell of fenugreek water, mix a few drops of essential oil in it.

              A lot of calcium, protein, and minerals are found in fenugreek water. To apply it, divide your clean washed hair into different parts. Then spray fenugreek water on it. You can mix fenugreek water in your conditioner too.

              Are There Any Side Effects Of Fenugreek Seeds On Hair?

              Possibly there is no side effect of Fenugreek Seed on hair. Fenugreek for hair growth is a very popular home remedy. Though being hot, it is advised to soak fenugreek before using it in any form.

              However, do not consume fenugreek in large quantities, as it may cause nausea and diarrhea. Before using this, use it on any part of some skin to check if you are allergic to it.

              Also, do not use this herb during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before including this herb in your diet. Fenugreek seeds for hair side effects are a few and differ from person to person. Consumption of fenugreek may cause other problems such as:

              • Diarrhea
              • Allergic reaction
              • Asthma
              • Gas 
              • Low blood sugar 
              • Wheezing
              • Unusual body odor 
              • Loss of consciousness
