She explained the dandruff control plan clearly:
Ketoconazole night lotion had to be applied before sleeping, around 30 minutes before bed, and not daily - only three times a week on alternate days. Then, the next morning, he would wash with the Ketoconazole 2% shampoo (from the kit).
