What his routine actually looked like

Internally, Rajesh’s kit included Health Tatva (for digestion and absorption support), Hair Vitamins (for nutrition and hair health support), and Hair Ras (positioned as daily nourishment that supports scalp and hair health and balances Pitta). This mattered because his concerns weren’t only on the scalp - they were systemic too.
For topical nourishment, he was told to mix the small booster oil shot into the Scalp Oil bottle and apply it twice a week, keeping it on for at least 30 minutes before washing.
The turning point: realistic expectations, not hype
The most grounding part of the call came when the coach set expectations for 12 months - clearly, calmly, and without overpromising.
She explained that the first three months would focus on internal health and dandruff reduction; months 4–6 were when hair fall control could start; months 7–9 were about follicular health improving; and months 10–12 were when visible changes like thickness, volume, and density might show.
Then she said something many people need to hear: hairline regrowth may not happen for everyone. She explained that regrowth at the hairline is seen in only some cases, especially if there are still thin baby hairs visible. If the area has become shiny/oily, assurance can’t be given - though crown improvement can still happen.
For Rajesh, that honesty was a relief. After years of “continuous” hair fall, clarity can feel like progress.
Resolution: a plan he could follow, and a team that would check in
By the end of the call, Rajesh had no doubts left. “Koi doubt nahin, mam,” he said.
