The early months would focus on internal health and dandruff; the middle months would focus more on hair fall control; and later, he could begin noticing baby hairs and improvements in thickness and volume, especially in the crown area.
Rahul didn’t sound emotional on the call - but that timeline matters because it turns panic into process. When you’ve lived with hair fall for four years, patience isn’t a personality trait. It’s something you need to be coached into.
Resolution: a calmer scalp first, then regrowth
