Nikhil’s Journey From Years of Hair Fall to Regrowth With Traya
For many, hair fall is just an occasional seasonal concern. But for Nikhil, it had been a persistent issue since 2018—slowly thinning hair, a receding hairline, and loss of volume around the crown. What started as a few extra strands turned into a long struggle that dented his confidence.
Recently, Nikhil decided to take charge and began his Traya journey.
The Struggle Since 2018
Nikhil recalls:
“Actually ye mera 2018 se start hua tha. Pehle thoda thoda hair fall tha, but dheere dheere volume kam hone laga. Main conscious tha apne hair ke bare mein.”
Over the years, he even consulted a dermatologist, who prescribed Minoxidil. But he discontinued after just a few days, unsure of its effects.
Now, with his crown area thinning and hairline becoming patchy, he wanted a structured, long-term solution.
The Root Cause: Weak Follicles and Internal Health
Coach Rishita explained that Nikhil’s persistent hair fall wasn’t just about external factors—it was linked to:
- Weak hair follicles that were unable to hold onto strands.
- Scalp areas with reduced volume, especially at the crown.
- Constipation and digestion issues, which affected nutrient absorption and nourishment delivery to the scalp.
When the scalp doesn’t receive enough nutrients, the roots weaken, leading to detachment and shedding.
His Biggest Concerns
Like many customers starting Minoxidil again, Nikhil was anxious:
- “Aisa na ho ki crown visible ho jae agar bal jyada gire?”
- He worried that serum-induced shedding would worsen his crown visibility.
- He asked if he could maintain hygiene by washing hair daily with water.
- He wanted clarity on lifetime usage of Minoxidil.
Rishita reassured him: shedding in the first weeks only affects weak hair that would have fallen anyway. Minoxidil helps replace them with healthier regrowth. She clarified that crown regrowth is very much possible, while the hairline shows results in about 30% cases—but consistency is key.
The Traya Plan Designed for Nikhil
His kit included a comprehensive internal + external solution:
Topical Care
- Minoxidil Serum: 1 ml in the morning + 1 ml at night, applied only on visible scalp areas and hairline. No massage, just gentle spreading.
- Scalp Oil + Growth Oil Shot (mixed once): To be applied twice a week, left for 30 minutes before shampooing.
- Defense Shampoo: 2–3 times per week for scalp hygiene.
Internal Care (Supplements)
- Hair Rush: 2 tablets after breakfast + 2 tablets after dinner.
- Hair Vitamin: 1 tablet daily after breakfast.
- Gut Shuddhi: 1 tablet after dinner (to relieve constipation and improve nutrient absorption).
All supplements are herbal and safe, with no side effects.
What Nikhil Can Expect
Rishita mapped out his 5-month timeline:
- Month 1–2: Internal health improvement; better digestion and scalp nourishment.
- Month 3–4: Noticeable reduction in hair fall.
- Month 5: Visible improvement in thickness, density, and hair quality.
While hairline regrowth takes longer and varies, his crown and overall volume would improve significantly with regular use.
For maintenance, Minoxidil would need to be continued long-term, but supplements could be tapered after the course.
The Emotional Shift
Nikhil’s expectation was simple yet heartfelt:
“Mere hair pehle jaise the, main waisa hi dekhna chahta hun.”
For someone who had good hair earlier, the goal was to regain that confidence and natural look. With a clear plan and realistic guidance, he finally felt he was on the right track.
Extra Support Through the Traya App
Rishita also showed him how to use the Traya app:
- Personalized diet plan to complement treatment.
- Daily log feature to track product usage and stay consistent.
- Coins and discounts (up to 20%) for kit renewals.
- Community group to connect with other customers and coaches.
This gave him not just treatment, but a system of accountability and support.
Conclusion: Patience and Regularity
Rishita reminded him:
“Aapko sirf do chije maintain karni hain: patience aur regularity. Baaki hum aapke saath hain.”
For Nikhil, this was more than just a hair treatment—it was a structured approach to regain control over his health and appearance.
