Neha’s Hair Fall Plan: From Doubt to a Routine

Traya Journey at a Glance

  • Key problem: Ongoing hair fall with a visibly wider partition, plus a dry-feeling scalp
  • Root causes discussed on call: nutrition deficiencies, lifestyle changes, and the digestion and hair fall connection (the customer also shared they “always” had gas)
  • What she used: Scalp Oil with Calm Therapy shot, Defence Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Ras, Health Tatva, and Minoxidil serum
  • Timeline she was coached to expect: first 2 months can include shedding; visible reduction by month 3; fuller look from month 4 onwards
  • Outcome she was aiming for: controlled hair fall and visible regrowth (the coach set expectations that length can’t be promised, but regrowth is the focus)

“Kal hi kit aaya” - and the questions started right away

The kit had arrived just a day earlier, and Neha, a working woman from Pune, didn’t waste time before asking what most people quietly worry about.

She had hair fall. She had concerns about her scalp looking more visible around the partition. And she had a bigger question sitting underneath it all: “If I’m taking some other medicine later… there won’t be any side effects, right?”

It wasn’t dramatic, but it was honest. She wanted to try the treatment properly, feel reassured, and only then talk about it confidently to someone else: “Pehle main use karun, mujhe thoda achchha lag jae… phir main aage badhungi.”

What was really going on beneath the hair fall

When Neha’s Traya hair test was reviewed, the root causes flagged were nutrition deficiencies, lifestyle changes, and digestion concerns. On the call, she added a key detail herself: “Mere pet mein hamesha gas bani reh rahi hai.”

That line matters, because hair doesn’t fall only because of what you apply on the scalp. If your digestion is disturbed, your system may struggle to absorb nutrients properly. Over time, that can mean the nourishment that should reach the hair follicles doesn’t show up consistently. As her coach explained in simple words, when the body doesn’t get “proper nourishment” internally, hair roots can become weak and start detaching from the scalp - leading to shedding.

This is why Neha’s plan wasn’t just one product. It was a personalized hair treatment plan built to support scalp health externally and internal balance through Ayurvedic supplements - so the hair cycle has a better chance of stabilizing.

Q: Can digestion issues really worsen hair fall?

Yes. When digestion is off, nutrient absorption can suffer, and that can affect how well hair follicles are nourished. Supporting digestion and overall internal balance can be an important part of reducing hair fall.

The doubts that made her feel cautious

Neha’s questions weren’t random - they were the kind you ask when you’ve been disappointed before.

She asked when she would see results: “Kab se result dekhne milega, kitna din continue lungi?” She also wanted to be sure the supplements were safe and compatible if she ended up taking other medications after consulting a doctor.

When the coach clarified that the supplements given were Ayurvedic, and aligned them to the digestion issue Neha had already mentioned in her test, Neha’s tone softened. You could hear her moving from hesitation to “Okay, I’ll start.”

The turning point: clarity, not pressure

Instead of rushing Neha, the coach slowed the conversation down and made the routine feel doable.

Neha shared she washes her hair twice a week and her scalp feels dry. The coach didn’t try to change her life overnight - she matched the plan to her rhythm.

For Neha’s weekly hair-wash routine, she was guided to use Scalp Oil mixed with the Calm Therapy shot twice a week, and wash it off after 30 minutes using Defence Shampoo. When Neha asked if she could apply oil at night and wash in the morning, the coach clearly explained why not: since the serum needs to be applied at night too, oiling overnight would clash with that routine and may reduce how well the serum penetrates.

Small details like “conditioner only on the lengths, not on the scalp” gave Neha what she needed most: confidence.

Building her routine with the right Traya products

Neha’s kit combined external care with internal support.

For scalp care, she was advised Scalp Oil - an Ayurvedic oil designed to maintain scalp health and stimulate hair follicles by improving circulation to the hair follicles and nourishing them. She also received Calm Therapy as a booster oil shot, meant for people dealing with high stress and sleep disturbances.

For cleansing, she used Defence Shampoo, a mild, sulphate- and paraben-free cleanser designed to thoroughly cleanse and maintain scalp health - important so the scalp stays clean for serum application.

For internal support, Neha was prescribed two Ayurvedic supplements:
Hair Ras, positioned as daily natural hair nourishment that works on balancing pitta and supporting scalp and hair health from within, including improved blood circulation to hair follicles and tissue nourishment.
Health Tatva, designed to support digestion and nutrient absorption - especially relevant for someone who has persistent gas and digestive discomfort.

And for regrowth support, she was instructed to apply Minoxidil serum: 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml at night, specifically on the visible partition area, on a dry scalp, and to spread gently without massaging.

“Starting mein hair fall badhega?” - the shedding reassurance

One of the most important moments in the call came when the coach prepared Neha for something that scares most first-time users: initial shedding.

She was told that when she starts minoxidil, she may see hair fall increase in the beginning, and that this can be a sign the treatment is working - because weaker hairs shed first. The coach reassured her not to panic: it typically settles with time.

That expectation-setting can be the difference between someone quitting in week two and someone staying consistent long enough to see change.

The timeline that helped her stay patient

Neha was given a clear results roadmap:
In the first two months, the focus is on shedding weaker hair and improving scalp readiness.
By the third month, she can expect visible reduction in hair fall.
From the fourth month onwards, she may notice fuller-looking hair and improved volume, with regrowth showing up as small baby hairs in some areas.

Supplements were positioned as a course of three to six months, while maintenance products like serum and oil could continue longer.

When Neha asked if she could continue serum and oil even after six months, the coach said yes.

The resolution: a calmer, more confident start

Neha didn’t end the call with a miracle transformation - she ended it with something more realistic and more powerful: clarity.

She now knew what to use, when to use it, what not to mix, why initial shedding can happen, and why her digestion concerns mattered in the overall picture. She also got a follow-up call booked, so she wasn’t doing it alone.

And when she asked one last practical question - whether her hair length would increase - the coach kept it honest: Traya gives assurance around regrowth; length depends on natural growth patterns.

That honesty is what turned Neha’s “Pehle main use karun…” into a real beginning.
