The moment Neeraj realized he couldn’t “pause” hair care anymore

Q: Does dandruff actually trigger hair fall?
Yes - dandruff can inflame the scalp and increase itching and buildup. When the scalp isn’t healthy, hair can shed more easily, so controlling dandruff becomes a key step before expecting visible improvement.
“But hair growth… not really sure”: doubts that needed clarity
Neeraj’s biggest worry wasn’t just “Will this work?” - it was the part that feels most personal: the hairline.
He said clearly that his hairline had receded a lot. He also set expectations about “healing shedding,” warning Neeraj that hair fall can increase initially with Minoxidil and that it’s normal: weaker strands shed first, and regrowth follows.
Neeraj summarized it in his own words, almost relieved: “It’s just getting rid of bad hair.”
Building a routine he could actually live with
The usage guidance was detailed, and that mattered because Neeraj had already admitted consistency had been a challenge.
He was told:
Hair Ras: 2 tablets after breakfast and 2 after dinner.
Hair Vitamin: 1 tablet after breakfast daily.
Health Tatva: 1 tablet after breakfast and 1 after dinner.
Nasal Ghrit: 3 drops in each nostril before sleep (positioned for sleep/stress support).
Scalp Oil + booster shot: mix the small bottle into the big bottle, apply on scalp, leave for 30 minutes, wash - twice a week.
Anti-dandruff Shampoo: twice a week (paired with oil days).
Minoxidil 5%: 1 ml, twice a day, daily.
Even washing became part of the plan. Since Minoxidil can cause itching or dryness in the early days, the coach suggested rinsing the scalp daily - plain water on non-shampoo days.
And then came the detail that often decides whether a plan survives real life: “two minutes in the morning and two minutes at night.” Small enough to be doable.
