Neeraj’s Hair Fall Plan: From Confusion to Clarity

Traya Journey at a Glance

  • Key problem: Hair fall that started around 6 months ago, then became “bahut zyada” in the last 2–3 months, with some concern around a receding hairline.
  • Underlying root causes (from the call context): A mix of pattern hair loss concerns (hairline recession and scalp visibility) plus early signs of scalp imbalance (minor dandruff starting recently).
  • Main products used: Defence Shampoo, Hair Ras (hair supplement), Hair Vitamin, Minoxidil 5% serum, and Scalp Oil mixed with the Growth Therapy booster shot.
  • Timeline shared by the coach: 1–2 months to work on internal health and scalp, 3–4 months for hair fall control and hair health improvement, visible changes starting around month 5.
  • Outcome/transformation: Not a “quick fix” promise - but a clear, doable routine and a personalized hair treatment plan that the customer felt confident to start “kal se.”

The day the kit arrived - and the questions began

Two days after his Traya hair kit got delivered, Neeraj (name changed), a working professional from North India, picked up the phone with one clear need.

“Use kaise karna hai?” he asked. “Kis time pe kya khana hai?”

It wasn’t dramatic. It was practical. But underneath that practicality was a tired frustration - because when hair fall keeps getting worse, you don’t want motivation. You want clarity.

Neeraj’s hair fall had been going on for “chhah mahine se kuchh zyada.” It had slowed down once, then returned harder. For the last 2–3 months, it had become “bahut zyada.” He hadn’t tried any treatment before this. No supplements, no medication, no history - just a sudden sense that things were slipping out of control.

And like many people who finally decide to act, he wasn’t asking for miracles. He simply said he wanted the shedding to stop: “Jo jhad raha hai, vo jhadna band ho jaaye.”

When hair fall isn’t just hair fall anymore

During the call, Neeraj mentioned something else - almost as an afterthought.

He didn’t really have dandruff earlier. But now, he could “mehsoos” a little: minor, halka-fulka, only for the last couple of days.

That detail matters, because dandruff isn’t always loud in the beginning. Sometimes it starts as a faint itch, a light flake, a feeling that your scalp isn’t as calm as it used to be. And when someone is already shedding heavily, even “minor” changes can feel like another worry added on.

The coach also checked in on a pattern hair loss sign: Neeraj’s hairline. Neeraj agreed that his hairline area was a concern. The coach set expectations gently - hairline recovery can be harder, but consistency can help protect it and, in some cases, even support improvement.

In other words, Neeraj wasn’t dealing with a single issue. He was navigating a mix: visible scalp areas and hairline changes, plus the beginnings of dandruff-related scalp imbalance - what many people later recognize as dandruff and dry scalp hair loss.

Why Traya focused on routine, not shortcuts

What stood out in this call wasn’t a big diagnosis moment. It was the coaching.

Neeraj didn’t need more information about hair loss on the internet. He needed someone to translate his kit into real life - morning, night, and “nahane se pehle.”

So the coach did what good guidance looks like: he simplified the process, then mapped expectations to a timeline.

He explained that the first 1–2 months are about working on internal health and scalp. Around 3–4 months is when hair fall control and hair quality improvement are typically assessed. And around month 5, visible changes may start showing in density, volume, thickness, and overall hair quality.

Then came the part many people fear but don’t get warned about.

A question Neeraj didn’t want to learn the hard way

The coach proactively told him that with Minoxidil, in the initial days, hair fall can increase - “completely normal,” even “a positive sign.” The idea shared was simple: weaker hair sheds first, and with time, hair fall reduces as a new cycle begins.

Neeraj didn’t argue. He listened. You could almost hear the mental note being taken: if shedding increases, don’t panic.

Q: Does dandruff cause hair loss?

Yes - when dandruff leads to itching, flaking, and scalp irritation, repeated scratching and inflammation can weaken the environment where hair grows. Even mild dandruff is worth addressing early to protect scalp health.

The coaching moment that made it feel doable

Neeraj’s biggest vulnerability wasn’t fear. It was confusion.

He kept circling back to the same thing: “Mere ko vo to batao bhai… use kaise karna hai?” And later, again, about the oils: do they mix or use separately?

That’s real life. Most people don’t drop off because they don’t care. They drop off because the routine feels complicated.

So the coach broke the kit down clearly:

He asked Neeraj to use Defence Shampoo two to three times a week. He guided Hair Ras as two tablets after breakfast and two after dinner. He added Hair Vitamin as one tablet after breakfast. For Minoxidil 5%, he advised one ml in the morning and one ml at night, only on the areas where scalp visibility was noticed, gently spread with fingers - no rubbing and no massage.

And for the oils, he made it unmissable: the Growth Therapy booster shot bottle had to be fully mixed into the Scalp Oil bottle. Then use it only twice a week, at least half an hour before a wash.

Neeraj repeated it back to confirm - minoxidil morning and evening, hair vitamin once daily, oils mixed. By the end, he finally said: “Haan, abhi to clear hai.”

That was the turning point. Not a before-after photo. Not a grand promise. Just clarity.

A quick, honest conversation about alcohol

Neeraj also asked something many people hesitate to ask: “Kabhi alcohol lete to dikkat hai na?”

The coach advised avoiding alcohol since it can impact the body, but also reassured him that the supplements are herbal and he could still consume the oral products even if he had alcohol sometimes.

Neeraj mentioned it was occasional - beer or wine “kabhi kabhar.” The tone stayed practical, not judgmental, which is often what helps people actually follow through.

What each product was meant to do for Neeraj

Neeraj’s kit wasn’t positioned like one magic bottle. It was positioned like a system.

Minoxidil 5% is designed to address pattern hair loss in men by improving nutrient-rich blood flow to the follicles (vasodilation) and supporting regrowth in areas with thinning and recession.

Defence Shampoo helps thoroughly cleanse and maintain scalp health, especially since it’s sulphate and paraben free - useful when you’re trying to prevent breakage from harsh cleansers.

Hair Ras was part of the internal routine - an Ayurvedic supplement designed for daily natural hair nourishment, working on pitta balance, blood circulation to follicles, and overall hair quality over time.

Hair Vitamin supported nutritional gaps, with key nutrients and natural DHT blockers like pumpkin seed extract, aimed at thicker, healthier-looking hair.

Scalp Oil, along with the Growth Therapy booster shot, supported scalp nourishment through regular massage and conditioning, helping stimulate follicles and maintain scalp health over long-term use.

And if Neeraj’s minor dandruff continued, the coach suggested adding Traya’s Anti-dandruff Shampoo (ketoconazole 2%) separately to control fungal dandruff and reduce inflammation - because scalp health comes first.

Choosing “kal se” instead of “someday”

Near the end of the call, the coach asked a simple question: when will you start?

Neeraj answered twice, firmly: “Kal se, kal se.”

It’s a small line, but it carries the emotional conclusion of the whole conversation. Hair fall had been escalating for months. He hadn’t tried anything. Now, he finally had a routine that took “two minutes morning” and “two minutes evening,” plus support through the app and follow-ups.

The call ended the way these journeys should begin: not with pressure, but with a plan - and a check-in scheduled in 10–15 days to track progress.

Resolution

Neeraj’s story doesn’t end with an instant transformation - because real hair recovery doesn’t work that way. What changed immediately was his confidence in the process. He started with a simple goal - reduce shedding - and left with structure, expectations, and a routine he could actually follow.

And that’s often the first real win in any hair recovery journey: not just buying a kit, but knowing exactly how to use it, what to expect, and when to reassess.
