The root causes behind his hair fall
Akash anchored Neeraj’s plan around what his hair test already hinted at: dandruff, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Heavy dandruff isn’t just a cosmetic issue. When the scalp is constantly irritated and itchy, it can disrupt scalp comfort and hygiene - and Neeraj’s “heavy and sticky” dandruff made scalp care the first priority. This is where dandruff and dry scalp hair loss becomes a real concern for many people: the scalp environment starts working against healthy hair.
Neeraj also mentioned occasional gas, acidity, bloating, and constipation. Even when these issues come and go, they can affect how consistently your body feels “settled.” That’s why the coach nudged him toward better hydration and following the diet guidance in the app - because for many people, the digestion and hair fall connection shows up quietly as poor absorption and low day-to-day vitality.

The questions that showed he really cared
Neeraj didn’t sound skeptical; he sounded like someone trying to get it right.
He asked the same thing in different ways to make sure the sequence was correct: “First we have to apply the lotion… after that we have to apply the oil?” He also clarified whether he could keep the routine going through the week.
Then there was the supplement question: “Daily we have to take the tablet?” When he realized there was “only one bottle,” he checked again, almost like he didn’t want to make a mistake with dosage.
That’s the kind of vulnerability most people don’t admit: not “Will it work?” but “What if I mess this up?”
The turning point: a routine that finally felt doable
Akash didn’t overwhelm Neeraj with jargon. He gave him a clean, repeatable structure - exactly what a personalized hair treatment plan should feel like when you’re new to it.
Neeraj’s kit routine, as explained on call, focused on two things: clearing dandruff and supporting scalp nourishment.
He was asked to apply the Anti-dandruff Night Lotion three times a week before bed, spreading it gently across the scalp without rubbing or massaging. This lotion contains ketoconazole 2%, an antifungal used to reduce dandruff and prevent further fungal growth, while soothing inflammation that comes with flaking and itching.
The next morning, he’d wash using the Anti-dandruff Shampoo (also ketoconazole 2%). This shampoo is designed to reduce dandruff and support scalp health so hair has a cleaner, calmer base to grow from.
For nourishment, he had Traya Scalp Oil along with a Scalp Health booster shot. Akash guided him to mix the shot into the oil bottle fully, then apply the oil at least 30 minutes before a shower, twice a week, and wash off.
And for internal support, Neeraj had Hair Ras tablets - taken daily as two after breakfast and two after dinner. Hair Ras is formulated to support hair and scalp health from within by balancing pitta dosha, improving blood circulation to hair follicles, and supporting tissue nourishment (including Asthi Dhatu), which Traya positions like a “Chavanprash for the hair.”
What Neeraj was told to expect - and why consistency mattered
One thing Akash did right was set expectations without overpromising.
He told Neeraj that visible changes typically take time. The plan was: months 1–2 for controlling dandruff and improving internal health, months 3–4 for visible reduction in hair fall and better scalp health, and from month 5 onwards, improvement in volume, density, and regrowth - especially around the crown. For the hairline, he added a realistic note: regrowth is harder there, but with consistency, Traya works to maintain it, and “in approximately thirty percent cases… we can see the regrowth in hairline.”
Neeraj had already uploaded his scalp photo, and Akash asked for hairline photos too - because tracking matters when you’re trying to stop a receding line from moving back further.

Neeraj didn’t end the call with a miracle. He ended it with something better: clarity.
By the end, he said, “Yes, I am clear.” He also agreed to a follow-up call in early January, a simple but powerful sign that he wasn’t treating this like a one-time purchase - he was treating it like a journey.
