Yes. When digestion is inconsistent - think gas, bloating, acidity, or constipation - your body may not absorb nutrients efficiently. Over time, that reduced “supply line” can affect how well hair follicles are nourished, making shedding and thinning harder to control.
The doubts that show up when you’re finally ready to commit
Neeraj’s questions were small on the surface, but they revealed something bigger: he wanted this to fit into real life.
He asked, in his own words (cleaned up): “Can I use another shampoo in between?”
It’s the kind of question people ask when they’re trying to picture the routine on busy weekdays, travel days, or those mornings when you just want to be done in five minutes. She told him he could use a mild shampoo, but it should be paraben- and sulphate-free - and she also mentioned Traya’s Defence Shampoo as a mild option for more frequent washes.
Then came another unspoken doubt the coach handled before it could become fear: with Minoxidil, there can be a phase where hair fall looks slightly more than usual for a few weeks. She reassured him it can be a “positive sign,” and asked him not to panic if he notices it initially.
When the crown becomes personal
The coach called out something very specific: Neeraj’s concern area was the crown. She explained that crown regrowth and thickness improvements are commonly seen with consistency, while the hairline at the forehead can be more sensitive and may respond slower.

Minoxidil 5% serum (with Finasteride 0.1% and Procapil 3%) was positioned as the regrowth anchor for men’s pattern hair loss. The coach instructed him to apply 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml at night only on visible thinning areas, on a clean and dry scalp, and to simply spread it with fingertips - no massage needed.
For weekly nourishment, Traya Scalp Oil was paired with the Growth Therapy booster shot. He was told to mix the booster into the scalp oil once (so he doesn’t have to mix every time), apply it twice a week, keep it for at least 30 minutes, then wash off using the anti-dandruff shampoo.
And because Neeraj flagged occasional constipation and digestion issues, Gutt Shuddhi was part of the kit to support gut motility and detoxification - one of those quiet supports that can matter when you’re trying to correct internal triggers, not just topical symptoms.
The coach also told him: if, after one month of diet support, gas/acidity/bloating doesn’t improve, they could add Digest Boost - an Ayurvedic formulation designed to support digestion and reduce gas and bloating while restoring gut health.
The timeline that made him breathe easier
Neeraj asked for what most people really want: “You’re saying I’ll see changes from the first month?”
The coach didn’t overpromise.
