Neeraj’s 6-Month Hair Fall Wake-Up Call

Traya Journey at a Glance

  • Problem: A man noticed sudden, heavy hair fall for 6 months - “pehle itna baal tha ki kanghi nahi chalti thi.”
  • Context: He’d tried “bahut sare oils,” but saw “kuchh response nahi,” and even received the wrong dandruff kit due to a form mistake.
  • What he used: Hair Ras + Health Tatva internally; Defence Shampoo for regular cleansing; Minoxidil topical was added for visible scalp/crown areas.
  • Timeline: Expectation was set for a 7–8 month journey - first 3 months focusing on internal health, then hair fall/scalp support, with visible changes by months 7–8.
  • Shift: The turning point was a clear, coach-led correction - returning anti-dandruff products he didn’t need and replacing them with a more relevant, personalized hair treatment plan.

“I don’t even have dandruff,” Neeraj said, almost impatiently, as if he’d repeated it to himself in the mirror too many times already. “Bas baal girta hai.”

He had called Traya for a simple reason: a kit had arrived, and he wanted to know how to use it. But once he started talking, the real worry surfaced - hair that used to feel so thick that “kanghi nahi chalti thi,” now shedding for almost six months.

When “just oil” didn’t work anymore

Neeraj, a working man from a small town in North India, had done what most people do first: he tried oils. Lots of them. “Bahut sare oil liye… kuchh response nahi hua,” he told the coach.

The frustration wasn’t dramatic, but it was clear. When something as routine as combing starts to feel like a daily loss, you stop experimenting and start looking for a plan.

That’s what he wanted from Traya: regrowth and hair fall control. And he wanted it to work like it did for someone he knew. He mentioned a friend - “ek gaon ka ladka” - who’d been using Traya for five to six months and had gotten “ninety-nine percent” results. Neeraj wasn’t just hopeful; he was measuring his own future against that story.

The real problem wasn’t dandruff - it was a wrong turn in the process

Here’s what made Neeraj’s case uniquely human: his kit didn’t match his scalp reality.

In his hair test, “heavy dandruff” had been marked - but Neeraj corrected it immediately. “Mera beta likh diya,” he explained. He had sent photos, but the dandruff detail was simply wrong.

So the coach did what a good guide should do: she didn’t force-fit the kit to the form. She checked again, asked him to scratch his scalp with nails to see if anything shows up, and when he repeated - “jara bhi nahi aata” - she changed the plan.

Neeraj was told clearly: if there’s no dandruff, don’t use ketoconazole-based anti-dandruff products. The anti-dandruff shampoo and night lotion would be returned, and a more suitable set-up would replace them: Defence Shampoo and Minoxidil.

That correction mattered. It’s the difference between blindly following instructions and actually being seen.

Why internal support still mattered (and where Health Tatva fits)

Even though Neeraj’s main complaint was hair fall, his internal routine stayed important because Traya’s approach doesn’t only focus on what you apply - it also works from within.

His kit included two internal Ayurvedic supplements:
Hair Ras and Health Tatva.

Hair Ras is designed for daily natural hair nourishment and, as per Ayurveda, helps balance Pitta dosha (excess heat) while supporting blood circulation to hair follicles and nourishing Asthi Dhatu. Health Tatva supports digestion and absorption - because when the gut isn’t absorbing well, hair follicles don’t consistently receive what they need.

In simple terms, the coach wasn’t selling him “more products.” She was building a base: nourishment + absorption support + targeted topical action.

This is also where the digestion and hair fall connection becomes practical - not theoretical. If the body isn’t processing nutrition efficiently, hair often becomes the first place where the “shortage” shows up.

Q: Can poor digestion and absorption affect hair fall?

Yes. Health Tatva is designed to support digestion and nutrient absorption. When your system absorbs better, that nutrient-rich supply can reach hair follicles more effectively, supporting healthier growth over time.

The questions he was really asking (even when he didn’t say them directly)

Neeraj’s doubts came out in small, honest interruptions.

He worried about doing it wrong, so he kept repeating instructions back: “Subah aur raat… do-do tablet?” He asked if pen marks on the kit cover would be a problem. He was anxious about logistics too: delivery timelines, refunds, adding his phone number, and whether he’d have to return everything.

But beneath all that was the real vulnerability: “Mujhe regrowth chahiye.” And he wanted the truth about what to expect - especially at the hairline.

The coach didn’t promise miracles. She told him the crown area, where the scalp is visible, typically shows better changes, while hairline regrowth can be tougher - though she added that some customers do see hairline improvement too. That honesty is often what keeps people consistent.

The turning point: guidance that made the routine feel doable

Once the wrong kit pieces were corrected, the routine finally became simple enough to follow:

Hair Ras: 2 tablets in the morning and 2 after dinner.
Health Tatva: 1 tablet in the morning and 1 after dinner.

Minoxidil: applied daily, 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml at night on the areas where scalp is visible, spread gently without massage. The coach prepared him for an important moment of panic many people face: initial shedding. She explained that for the first few weeks, hair fall can increase and that it’s normal as weaker hairs shed before the cycle stabilizes.

Defence Shampoo: to keep the scalp clean with a mild, sulphate-free approach, supporting scalp health without harsh cleansing.

And then she gave him something even more valuable than instructions: a timeline.
He was told to think in months, not days - roughly a 7–8 month window, with internal work in the first 3 months and more visible changes later. That reframed everything.

Resolution: a story that ends with clarity, not confusion

Neeraj’s story isn’t a dramatic “before and after” yet - because he’s at the beginning. But it does have a real resolution: he moved from confusion to clarity.

He began with, “Is kit ko kaise use karna hai?” and ended with a corrected plan, a scheduled follow-up, and the confidence to say, “Theek hai, mam.”

Sometimes the first win in a hair journey is simply knowing you’re not guessing anymore - and that someone will call you back in 15 days to check how it’s going.
