Once the wrong kit pieces were corrected, the routine finally became simple enough to follow:
Hair Ras: 2 tablets in the morning and 2 after dinner.
Health Tatva: 1 tablet in the morning and 1 after dinner.
Minoxidil: applied daily, 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml at night on the areas where scalp is visible, spread gently without massage. The coach prepared him for an important moment of panic many people face: initial shedding. She explained that for the first few weeks, hair fall can increase and that it’s normal as weaker hairs shed before the cycle stabilizes.
Defence Shampoo: to keep the scalp clean with a mild, sulphate-free approach, supporting scalp health without harsh cleansing.
And then she gave him something even more valuable than instructions: a timeline.
He was told to think in months, not days - roughly a 7–8 month window, with internal work in the first 3 months and more visible changes later. That reframed everything.
Resolution: a story that ends with clarity, not confusion
Neeraj’s story isn’t a dramatic “before and after” yet - because he’s at the beginning. But it does have a real resolution: he moved from confusion to clarity.
