Neeraj’s 4-Year Hair Fall: From Confusion to a Clear Plan

Traya Journey at a Glance

  • Main concern: Neeraj, 38, had been dealing with hair fall for about 4 years, along with mild dandruff and a history of constipation.
  • What seemed to be driving it: A mix of scalp imbalance (dandruff/itchy buildup risk) and the digestion and hair fall connection that can affect how well the body absorbs what hair follicles need.
  • What he started using: A personalized hair treatment plan with Scalp Oil + Growth Therapy (oil shot), shampoo, Minoxidil serum, and internal support with Hair Ras, Health Tatva, Gutt Shuddhi, and Hair Vitamin.
  • Timeline shared on the call: First 3 months focus on internal health and dandruff; months 4–6 for visible hair fall reduction; months 7–9 for follicle health improvements; new hair changes expected around month 9 onward.
  • Outcome Neeraj was aiming for: With advanced hair loss (stage discussed as “stage 6”), the coach set expectations around managing and maintaining existing hair, while staying consistent to support the best possible improvement.

“Kit toh aa gaya… ab kaise use karna hai?”

Neeraj’s call didn’t begin with panic. It began with a very real, everyday confusion: “Sir, ye kit toh pahunch gaya hai… ab kaise karenge? Tablet jo rakhe hain.”

That one question carried a lot underneath it - hope, hesitation, and the fear of doing something wrong and making hair fall worse. Especially because this wasn’t a new problem. When the coach asked how long the hair fall had been going on, Neeraj said it had been around “char saal.”

Four years is a long time to live with the feeling that your hair is slowly slipping out of your control.

What the coach noticed beyond just “hair fall”

Once the coach checked Neeraj’s hair test and details, a few clues stood out in the conversation: Neeraj was 38, had “thoda sa dandruff,” and constipation had come up as an issue (even though he said, “abhi toh kuchh nahin hai”).

He also shared he hadn’t taken any treatment earlier. No ongoing medicines, no major issues like BP or migraine - just this long-running hair concern and the nagging scalp-and-gut pattern that many people normalize until it starts showing on the head.

The root cause, explained in a way that made sense to him

Hair fall rarely shows up alone. In Neeraj’s case, two themes sat in the background.

One was scalp health. Mild dandruff may look like a small annoyance, but it can set the stage for irritation and itching. When that cycle repeats, hair can feel weaker at the roots - what many people describe as dandruff and dry scalp hair loss.

The second was internal digestion support. When bowel movement patterns are off - even if it’s not severe every single day - it can still hint at inconsistent gut function. And when digestion is sluggish, nutrient absorption can suffer. Over time, that “inside” gap can show up as shedding, thinning, and weaker hair quality.

Q: Can constipation and digestion issues affect hair fall?

Yes - because when digestion is disturbed, the body may not absorb nutrients efficiently. Over time, that can reduce the quality of nourishment reaching the hair follicles, which can worsen shedding and thinning.

“Aayega ki nahin aayega?” The doubt that needed an honest answer

At one point, Neeraj asked the question most people ask - but not everyone gets a clear answer to: “Aayega ki nahin aayega?”

The coach didn’t oversell. He explained the expected timeline and also clarified that Neeraj’s hair loss looked advanced (“stage… six stage”), so the focus would be on managing and maintaining what’s there, because the hairline area can be difficult once roots “block… band ho jaati hai.”

That honesty matters. It turns treatment from a blind purchase into a committed journey - with realistic expectations.

The turning point: making the routine feel doable

Neeraj didn’t need a lecture. He needed a map.

So the coach broke the entire kit into simple, repeatable actions - “bas do minute subah… do minute sham” - and explained how results typically unfold over time: early internal improvements in the first three months, hair fall reduction by months 4–6, follicle health improvements by months 7–9, and changes in new hair from month 9 onward.

It wasn’t just a routine. It was a timeline he could hold on to.

What Neeraj was told to use, and why it fit his pattern

Neeraj’s kit had a mix of topical and internal support - designed to work together.

He was guided to use Scalp Oil mixed with a Growth Therapy oil shot twice a week, leaving it on for about 30 minutes before washing. The scalp oil’s role is to maintain scalp health, nourish follicles, and support circulation with regular massage - an Ayurvedic approach that supports calmer scalp conditions and follicular nourishment over time.

He was instructed to use the shampoo two to three times a week for regular cleansing and scalp maintenance.

For active regrowth support, he was told to apply Minoxidil serum daily: 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml at night, on areas where scalp was more visible. Importantly, the coach prepared him for a common early-phase experience: hair shedding can increase initially because weaker hair sheds first, and then it gradually settles.

Then came the internal support - tied closely to the digestion and nourishment angle:
Neeraj was advised Hair Vitamin (once daily after breakfast) to support nutritional gaps that can contribute to shedding and thinning, Hair Ras (twice after breakfast and twice after dinner) for daily natural hair nourishment and pitta balance with adaptogenic herbs, Health Tatva (one after breakfast and one after dinner) to support digestion and nutrient absorption, and Gutt Shuddhi (one after dinner) to support gut detox and motility when gut function is a concern.

Together, these weren’t random pills and bottles. They were a system - supporting scalp + follicles + digestion, with consistency as the real “secret ingredient.”

When a cold made him stop, fear took over

The most human moment came near the end.

Neeraj asked, “Jaise sardi-jukam ho gaya to tablet nahin lunga kya?” He was worried it might “effect” with other medicines. And he admitted he’d already skipped doses: “Main sochu side effect na kare… is chakkar mein liya nahin.”

Instead of dismissing him, the coach reassured him that cold medicines could be taken, and suggested a simple gap (“das minute ke baad”). That small reassurance reduced the anxiety that often breaks consistency - especially in month one.

The resolution: confidence built on clarity, not hype

Neeraj ended the call lighter than he started. His doubts had been answered, his routine was clear, and he knew what to expect.

He also walked away with something many people don’t get when they buy a hair kit online: ongoing support. The coach mentioned a follow-up call and showed him how the app could help track usage and diet guidance.

For someone who had been dealing with hair fall for four years without treatment, that structure - plus honesty about advanced-stage expectations - was the shift. Not a miracle promise. A plan he could actually follow.
