Hair Ras tablets were positioned as the internal daily support - taken after breakfast and after dinner. As per Traya’s Ayurvedic logic, Hair Ras works on balancing Pitta dosha and supporting scalp and hair health from within, with herbs like Amalaki, Bhringraj, Shatavari, and Ashwagandha, along with tissue nourishment support.
The Scalp Oil was to be applied twice a week, around 30 minutes before shampoo, with a short massage. Traya’s Scalp Oil is made using the Ayurvedic sneh pak process - herbs and goat milk processed into coconut oil - supporting hydration and follicular nourishment.
For dandruff control, he was told to use the Anti-dandruff Shampoo two to three times a week.
