Neeraj’s 2-Year Hair Fall Plan: Regrowth, Simplified

Traya Journey at a Glance

  • Concern: Two years of ongoing hair fall with mild dandruff, and a clear wish for “regrowth” and better density
  • Context/root triggers: Scalp dandruff and irritation, plus a routine that needed structure and consistency (especially with a busy railway job)
  • What he used: A personalized hair treatment plan with Hair Ras, Hair Vitamin, Scalp Oil + Growth Therapy shot, Minoxidil (twice daily), and Anti-dandruff Shampoo
  • Timeline shared by coach: First 1–2 months focused on internal health + dandruff control; 3–4 months on reducing hair fall + improving scalp health; visible changes expected after 5 months
  • Result he worked toward: Controlled dandruff, reduced hair fall, and visible regrowth - especially in the crown area - with consistent use and regular follow-ups

“Regrowth hota hai na?” - the question that started it

Neeraj was on duty at the railway station when the call finally connected - background noise, announcements, and a slightly impatient “Bataiye.” But once the conversation moved to what he really wanted, his voice softened into something more honest.

“Traya se yahi hai… regrowth thoda ho sake,” he said. “Dandruff khatam ho jaye aur density badh jaye.”

Two years of hair fall can do that to you. You stop experimenting, stop trusting oils that promise miracles, and start looking for a plan that feels like it has a real direction.

Two years of hair fall, and “mild dandruff” he couldn’t ignore

Neeraj hadn’t tried much before Traya. No treatments, no complicated routines - just “hair oil… ek baar adivasi hair oil use kiya tha.” The hair fall, though, had been steady for almost two years.

On his hair test, he’d also mentioned mild dandruff. It didn’t sound dramatic, but dandruff has a way of becoming a constant background irritation - itching, flakes, and that feeling that your scalp is never fully calm.

And Neeraj’s goal wasn’t perfection. It was control. “Hair fall… thoda control mein aa sakta hai kya?” he asked. Then, almost immediately: “Regrowth bhi hota hai? New hair bhi hote hain?”

Why dandruff can quietly worsen hair fall

Neeraj’s coach explained something important in a very matter-of-fact way: dandruff is often chronic. “Woh kabhi bhi poori tarah khatam nahi hoti, sirf manage ki ja sakti hai.” Neeraj didn’t argue - he just checked what was still possible. “Haan, thoda kam toh ho sakta hai na?”

Here’s the key: dandruff and dry scalp hair loss can become a cycle. When the scalp stays irritated, there’s more itching and inflammation, which can lead to more hair fall during daily routines - scratching, towel-drying, even regular combing. This is why Traya builds dandruff control into the plan early, so the scalp can get back to a healthier baseline before you expect visible growth.

Q: Does dandruff trigger hair loss?

Yes - when dandruff leads to itching, irritation, and scalp inflammation, hair can fall more easily during daily handling. Managing dandruff supports scalp health, which helps create better conditions for hair to grow.

The doubts he voiced - small, practical, and very real

Neeraj’s questions weren’t dramatic. They were the kind you ask when you genuinely want to do it right, but you’re unsure.

He asked whether he should start while taking seasonal cold-and-cough medicine. He also needed clarity on what to apply and when.

  • “Hair wash ke baad koi oil hai kya?”
  • “Minoxidil… per day karna hai kya?”
  • And the most vulnerable one, disguised as a practical query: “Hair fall badh gaya toh?”

His coach didn’t overwhelm him with jargon. She gave him structure. A routine that could fit into a working day - even a noisy station shift.

The turning point: a routine that felt doable, not perfect

Before explaining the kit, the coach asked for a hairline image - because guessing doesn’t help anyone. Neeraj struggled with the upload for a bit (“Upload hi nahi ho rahi picture”), then finally: “Aa gaya, aa gaya… dekha na?”

That small moment matters. It’s the shift from “tell me what to do” to “I’m in this with you.”

Then came the part Neeraj needed most: a timeline he could hold on to. The coach set expectations clearly - crown regrowth is where they see better outcomes, while hairline regrowth can be harder (though she mentioned they’ve seen it in some cases). And she anchored it to a five-month horizon, not overnight hope.

What his Traya kit included - and why each piece mattered

Neeraj’s routine was designed to cover both scalp condition and hair growth support:

He was guided to take Hair Ras as daily internal nourishment - two supplements after breakfast and two after dinner. As per Traya’s approach, Hair Ras works to balance pitta dosha, improve blood circulation to hair follicles, and support tissue nourishment, which collectively supports hair quality and overall scalp-hair health.

Alongside that, he had Hair Vitamin - one supplement after breakfast - because nutrition gaps can silently slow progress, and targeted supplements can support stronger-looking hair.

For topical care, his kit included Scalp Oil plus a Growth Therapy booster shot. He was told to mix the full booster into the scalp oil and use it twice a week, keeping it on for at least 30 minutes before hair wash. This matters because regular oil massage (Shiroabhyanga) is used to calm the mind and support blood circulation to follicles, while the oil’s sneh pak process helps nourish the scalp.

For dandruff management, he was instructed to use the Anti-dandruff Shampoo three times a week. This shampoo is formulated with Ketoconazole 2%, which helps reduce dandruff by addressing the fungal trigger and soothing scalp inflammation - critical when dandruff is part of the hair fall picture.

And finally, Minoxidil: twice daily, 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml at night, applied after the hair is dry, and spread gently without massaging. The coach also prepared him for the early shedding phase - explaining that in the initial weeks, hair fall can look worse before it looks better.

That reassurance is often where consistency is born.

Making it work with a real life (and a real job)

Neeraj works in the railways, and he was upfront about network issues and timing. So the plan didn’t stop at products - it included follow-ups. The coach recommended connecting every 10–12 days to track progress, and they booked the next call after 6:30 pm, when he’d be off duty and able to talk properly.

That’s the underrated part of any personalized hair treatment plan: it’s not just what you use, it’s how well it fits your life.

Resolution: from “confusion” to clarity

By the end of the call, Neeraj sounded lighter - not because his hair had magically changed in 15 minutes, but because the confusion had.

“Sab clear hai,” he said. “Kal se main shuru kar sakta hun.”

He didn’t need big promises. He needed a timeline, a method, and someone to tell him what’s normal - like initial shedding - and what needs attention - like managing dandruff consistently. For someone dealing with long-term hair fall, that shift from uncertainty to a plan is often the first real win.
