Neeraj’s 2.5-Year Hair Fall Plan with Traya

Traya Journey at a Glance

  • The problem: Neeraj, 28, had hair fall for nearly 2.5 years - and it suddenly increased again in the last few days.
  • Likely root causes flagged in his hair test: metabolism and nutrition factors, along with genetics; plus occasional gas/acidity.
  • What he used: Hair Ras, Health Tatva, Hair Vitamin, Minoxidil 5% serum, and Scalp Oil mixed with Growth Therapy (booster oil), along with Defence Shampoo.
  • Timeline he was counseled for: first 2 months for internal + scalp health support, 3–4 months for visible reduction in hair fall, and 5–8 months onwards for visible changes like baby hair (especially around the crown).
  • The shift: From “How do I even use this oil?” to “Okay, mam… sab samajh mein aa gaya” - with a clear, doable routine and a follow-up plan.

The moment Neeraj realized it wasn’t “just seasonal”

“Hairfall kaafi din se ho raha hai… lagbhag do-dhai saal se.” Neeraj, a 28-year-old from Indore, said it plainly - but what worried him was the change in pattern: for a while it felt “thoda sa kam,” and then suddenly, “abhi thoda zyada hua hai… jaldi jaldi se baal jhad rahe hain.”

When hair fall stretches into years, it stops feeling like a temporary phase and starts feeling like a background stress you carry every day. Neeraj hadn’t visited a doctor before. This was his first real attempt at a structured solution - he chose Traya as his starting point.

And like most people at the beginning, his first concern wasn’t theory. It was practical.

He called with one simple, urgent question: how to use the oil correctly.

What he was really asking when he asked about the oil

Neeraj wanted to confirm whether he should mix the Scalp Oil and the Growth Therapy shot together. Then came the question that revealed his mindset: “Dandruff nahin hai, to kya raat mein use karke subah dho sakte hain?”

It’s a very human thought - if there’s no dandruff, leaving oil overnight must be better, right?

But the coach guided him back to the plan: mix the booster shot into the Scalp Oil fully, use it twice a week, and apply it at least 30 minutes before hair wash - not overnight.

In that moment, the routine stopped being guesswork and became a system.

The root cause wasn’t just “hair fall” - it was what was happening inside

When the coach reviewed his hair test, she clearly named what was driving his hair fall: metabolism, nutrition factor, and genetics. Neeraj also mentioned occasional gas/acidity - small signals that digestion may not always be at its best.

This matters because hair doesn’t grow on motivation alone. It grows when your body is able to digest, absorb, and deliver nourishment consistently to the follicles. That’s the real digestion and hair fall connection many people miss - especially when hair fall has been going on for years.

So instead of treating only the surface, his plan was designed to work on both internal support and external stimulation - together, not separately. That’s what a personalized hair treatment plan looks like in real life: not one hero product, but a routine where every piece has a job.

Q: Can poor digestion and low nutrient absorption worsen hair fall?

Yes. When digestion and metabolism aren’t working optimally, the body may struggle to absorb nutrients well. Over time, that can affect how consistently follicles receive nourishment, which can show up as ongoing thinning or increased shedding.

The doubts he voiced - without sounding dramatic

Neeraj didn’t sound panicked. He sounded cautious. He double-checked the basics: Can the tablets be taken together or should there be a gap? (“Dono saath mein le sakte hain na?”) He also wanted reassurance about what to expect.

The coach addressed this with clarity and timelines. She also normalized something many people fear but don’t anticipate: early shedding with Minoxidil.

She explained that in the initial weeks, hair fall can increase temporarily - “mild shedding… increase in hair fall… completely normal” - and that it gradually reduces. That single explanation often prevents people from quitting too early.

A routine that finally felt doable

Once Neeraj opened his kit, the coach walked him through it - dose by dose, use by use - until he said, “Sab samajh mein aa gaya.”

Here’s what his plan included, as explained on the call:

He was prescribed Hair Ras as an Ayurvedic daily nourishment supplement. In Traya’s approach, Hair Ras supports internal balance and nourishment - especially when lifestyle, diet, and body heat-like imbalances can affect hair quality. He was advised 2 tablets after breakfast and 2 after dinner.

Along with it came Health Tatva, designed to support digestion, metabolism, and nutrient absorption - key when nutrition and metabolism are flagged as root causes. He was advised 1 tablet after breakfast and 1 after dinner, and reassured he can take it together with Hair Ras.

He also had Hair Vitamin - a multivitamin that supports nutritional deficiencies and includes natural DHT blocker ingredients like pumpkin seed extract (as per product composition). His dose: 1 tablet after breakfast.

For topical regrowth support, he received Minoxidil 5%. The coach explained it should be applied 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml at night, only on visible scalp areas, gently spread without rubbing or massaging.

For scalp nourishment, he received Scalp Oil with the Growth Therapy shot, to be mixed in one go and used twice weekly, 30 minutes before washing, followed by Defence Shampoo. The shampoo could be used 2–3 times a week.

And on wash days, the order was made simple: oil first, wash after 30 minutes, then apply Minoxidil once the scalp is completely dry.

The emotional relief wasn’t “results” - it was finally having a map

Neeraj’s story doesn’t end with a dramatic reveal of regrowth yet - because he’s at the start. But there is still a resolution in this call: uncertainty turned into structure.

He came in with confusion about usage, and left with a clear expectation of how progress typically unfolds: initial focus on internal and scalp health in the first two months, visible reduction around months three to four, and visible changes like baby hair from five to eight months - especially around the crown, while understanding that hairline regrowth can be harder.

He also left with something underrated: ongoing support. A follow-up call was booked (after he agreed to connect in 10–12 days), and he was shown how Traya’s app can help him stay consistent with tracking and a diet plan.

That’s how long-term hair recovery usually starts - not with a miracle, but with consistency that finally feels manageable.
