Neeraj’s 10-Year Hair Fall Turnaround Plan

Traya Journey at a Glance

  • Key problem: Persistent hair fall for 5–10 years, with visible scalp and reduced thickness/density.
  • Root causes discussed: Long-standing hair fall with digestive concerns like heavy constipation and gas/acidity - highlighting the digestion and hair fall connection.
  • What he used: Minoxidil serum, Scalp Oil + Growth Therapy booster (oil shot), Defence Shampoo, Hair Ras, Health Tatva, Hair Vitamin; plus Gutt Shuddhi added for constipation support.
  • Timeline he was guided for: A 10–12 month journey - first 3 months focused on internal health and hair fall control, then scalp/hair health, then regrowth and density.
  • Outcome he was working toward: “Bas mere hair complete ho jaaye” - regrowth on visible areas, and better thickness over time with consistency.

“Bas mere hair complete ho jaaye.”

Neeraj had been living with hair fall for so long that it had started to feel like a permanent part of life. When his Traya kit arrived at the end of December, he finally decided to start - despite a busy routine and despite the quiet fear that comes after years of trying nothing and watching things worsen.

On the call, he said it plainly: his hair fall had been going on “bahut bahut saal se… paanch das saal se,” and the hair had “pure jhad gaye hain.” Not dramatic. Just tired honesty.

And then came the second thing weighing on him - something many people don’t connect to hair until a coach asks the right questions.

Constipation. Heavy constipation.

“Main per day… constipation ki tablet leni padti hai. Uske bina pet saaf nahin hota.”

When hair fall becomes your “normal”

Neeraj wasn’t calling after a sudden seasonal shed. This was the kind of hair fall that slowly changes how you see yourself - thinner density, more visible scalp, and that nagging awareness that the hairline is harder to bring back than the crown.

He also had a clear expectation from the start. When asked what he wanted from Traya, he answered in one line: “Bas mere hair complete ho jaaye.” He wanted his hair to come back - especially on the areas that had become visibly sparse.

It was also his first serious attempt at treatment. “Kuchh bhi nahin karvaya… pehli baar,” he said, explaining he wanted to “try Traya” because it felt right.

The missing link: gut health and long-term hair fall

Alongside his hair concerns, Neeraj spoke about something that had become a daily struggle: constipation serious enough that he needed a tablet every day. He also mentioned gas/acidity concerns during the call.

This matters because when digestion is consistently disturbed, the body may not feel “ready” to invest in non-essential functions like hair growth. In a practical sense, if your gut is struggling, nutrient absorption can take a hit - meaning the hair follicles may not receive steady nourishment even when you’re eating “fine.”

That’s why Neeraj’s plan didn’t stay limited to just applying a serum. It was framed as a full, personalized hair treatment plan - topical support for regrowth, plus internal support to create a better foundation.

Q: Can constipation and poor digestion worsen hair fall?

A: When digestion is off - like chronic constipation, gas, or acidity - your body may struggle with nutrient absorption and internal balance. Over time, that can affect how well hair follicles are nourished and supported, making shedding and thinning harder to reverse.

The moment he voiced a real doubt

Neeraj’s most urgent concern wasn’t about the serum or the oil. It was about the missing piece for constipation.

He noticed that his kit didn’t include something for it and asked directly, “Constipation ka… koi medicine nahin hai?” He wanted to know what to take, and when it would arrive.

That’s where the coach stepped in, not with vague reassurance, but action: she arranged Gutt Shuddhi to be delivered in 5–7 days as a cash-on-delivery add-on, specifically because his constipation was “heavy.”

From the Product Bible, Gutt Shuddhi is designed for gut issues like constipation and irregular bowel movements along with hair fall, supporting gut motility and helping remove unwanted toxins from the body.

Coaching that made it feel doable

Neeraj didn’t need motivation. He needed simplicity.

The counselor told him the journey was straightforward - “mushkil se do minute subah, do minute” - and grounded expectations in a realistic timeline. For someone with years of hair fall, that kind of clarity can be calming: no miracle promises, just a path.

She also addressed a common fear around Minoxidil before it could scare him off: in the first few weeks, he might notice more hair fall. She explained it as a normal phase where weaker strands shed first and gradually reduce - so he wouldn’t panic and stop.

What his Traya routine looked like

Neeraj was guided through a complete regimen - simple enough to follow, structured enough to build consistency.

He was advised to use:
Minoxidil serum daily on the visible scalp area where he wanted regrowth, using the dropper (1 ml morning and 1 ml at night). He was told not to massage, just apply gently.

For scalp nourishment, he received Scalp Oil, along with the Growth Therapy booster oil shot to mix into it and use twice a week before washing. As per the Product Bible, Scalp Oil supports scalp health and helps stimulate hair follicles; it’s made through a medicated oil process (sneh pak) and is meant for long-term continuity. Growth Therapy supports regrowth and scalp health when used with Scalp Oil.

For cleansing, he was given Defence Shampoo two to three times a week. As per the Product Bible, shampoos primarily cleanse; this one is designed to be mild and help maintain scalp health without harsh chemicals that can worsen breakage.

Internally, he was guided to take:

Hair Ras, Health Tatva, and Hair Vitamin, all after meals (never on an empty stomach). Hair Ras is described as daily natural hair nourishment that works on pitta balance and circulation to follicles. Health Tatva supports digestion, absorption, and metabolism - important when fatigue, sluggish digestion, or poor absorption can contribute to thinning. Hair Vitamin helps address nutritional deficiencies and includes natural DHT blockers like pumpkin seed extract, alongside essential vitamins and minerals.

And crucially for his daily discomfort, Gutt Shuddhi was added to support his constipation concerns.

A long journey, but a clear map

Neeraj was told upfront to think in months, not days. The counselor set expectations for a 10–12 month timeline: early months focused on internal health and hair fall control, then improvements in scalp and hair health, and later regrowth, thickness, and density.

She also acknowledged a hard truth: hairline regrowth can be more difficult than crown regrowth. But she gave him hope without overselling it, sharing that a portion of customers do see hairline improvement - and that consistency mattered most to prevent further worsening.

By the end of the call, Neeraj sounded steadier. “Ekdam clear,” he said when asked if everything made sense.

Resolution: what changed first

Neeraj’s “after” wasn’t a dramatic reveal yet - he had just started that day. But his first transformation was immediate and important: he moved from years of passive hair fall to an active routine, backed by coaching, a tracking app, follow-ups, and a plan that didn’t ignore his gut issues.

When someone has lived with hair fall for 5–10 years, even starting - properly, with support - can feel like taking control again.
