“Bas bal jhadna band ho jaye…” - the moment it became real
Farhan, a 43-year-old from Indore, didn’t call Traya because of a sudden hair fall panic. He called after years of quietly adjusting.
In his words, the hair loss had been building for “pichhle paanch se saat saal,” and somewhere along the way, he began telling himself it was inevitable. His father had thinning too, especially around the front. So when Farhan noticed his own hairline moving back and patches forming, he tried to accept it.

The doubts he didn’t dramatize, but definitely felt
Farhan didn’t sound fearful. He sounded practical. Still, his questions carried vulnerability between the lines.
He wanted to know the right order because he didn’t want to “mess it up.” He corrected the coach once too - “Do bar likha hua hai” - because when you’ve been disappointed before (like his experience with “adivasi tel” that didn’t work), you hold on to details.
He also revealed something deeper: earlier, he felt proud of his hair. “Pehle mere bahut achchhe bal the… healthy.” Now it had changed so much that he said it felt “fraud” on his own hair - an oddly honest way of describing that quiet loss of confidence.
His goal was simple and direct: “Bal jhadna band ho jaye… patches khatam ho jaye… regrowth ho jaye.”
The turning point: a routine that finally felt doable
Instead of overwhelming him with too much at once, the coach made it feel structured and manageable - almost like someone finally handed him a map.
Farhan was guided on exactly how to use what he already had:
He was told to apply the Anti-dandruff Night Lotion three times a week at night in a thick layer across the scalp, without rubbing or massaging - just gentle tapping so the scalp gets covered. Then wash it off in the morning using the Anti-dandruff Shampoo (Ketoconazole 2%), also up to three times a week.
For the oil step, the coach clarified the two-bottle confusion: mix the Level 2 dandruff oil shot completely into the Level 1 Scalp Oil once, and use this oil only twice a week, about half an hour before bathing.
The coach even helped him “stack” the routine on busy days: apply the lotion at night, oil the next morning on the same scalp, and then shampoo - so the weekly frequency stays on track.

Why these products fit Farhan’s scalp situation
Farhan’s kit focused first on scalp clearing and consistency.
