And the part he asked twice, because he wanted to be sure: if he used the night lotion, could he apply oil directly in the morning without washing first? The coach confirmed, “Yes.”

What “progress” looked like for him
Farhan wanted to start immediately - “I want to start all of it from today.” What he needed was a timeline that matched reality.
