What his kit included - and how he was told to use it
Aman’s routine was built around controlling heavy dandruff first, then moving forward based on progress.
He was guided to use the anti-dandruff night lotion three times a week at night, applied across the scalp gently - no heavy rubbing or massage.
Along with that, he was told to use the Anti-dandruff Shampoo two to three times a week.
