Aditi’s 1-Month Hair Fall Wake-Up Call

Traya Journey at a Glance

  • The problem: Aditi noticed her hair fall had suddenly increased over the last one month, along with dryness and visible scalp in some areas.
  • What was going on underneath: Mild dandruff that flared up (and with it, more hair fall), frequent acidity and bloating, plus stress-triggered migraine and ongoing thyroid medication.
  • What she used: Hair Santulan 03 (2 tablets at night after food), Scalp Oil mixed with Calm Therapy oil shot (twice a week), Defence Shampoo and Defence Conditioner, and a daily Hair Active Serum at night.
  • Timeline she was guided to expect: First 3 months focused on dandruff and internal health; hair fall reduction around months 4–6; better hair quality by month 6; density changes closer to 8 months.
  • Outcome: Aditi walked away with a clear, manageable routine and realistic expectations - especially about initial shedding - plus ongoing follow-ups for adjustments.

“One month se zyada ho raha hai…”

Aditi, a young woman from a North Indian household, didn’t call Traya to share a dramatic backstory. She called because she was stuck on a simple, urgent question: “Product kaise use karna hai?”

But as the conversation unfolded, it became clear this wasn’t just a “how-to” call. Her hair fall had ramped up in the last month, her hair had turned “bahut rukhe” (very dry), and in some spots she felt the scalp was showing too much - “kuchh jagah to aisa hai pura faka ho gaya.”

And like many people who are already trying to manage life, health, and stress at once, she just wanted one thing first: for the hair fall to come down. Regrowth too, yes - but first, control.

When hair fall isn’t only about hair

During her consult, Aditi shared a pattern she’d already observed: whenever her dandruff increased, her hair fall increased too. She described the dandruff as mild - something you might not notice “but if you look closely, you’ll know it’s there.” Anti-dandruff shampoos helped temporarily, but it kept returning.

On top of that, she mentioned frequent acidity even with home-cooked food, plus stress being a trigger for her migraine - especially when she stepped out in the sun. She also confirmed she was on thyroid medication (Thyronorm 50), and she has consistently low blood pressure. She’s also baby planning.

All of this mattered because Traya’s approach isn’t to throw random products at hair fall. It’s to build a personalized hair treatment plan that fits the person’s body, constraints, and safety.

The root causes her coach connected

Aditi’s situation had layers, and the coach addressed them in a way that felt practical, not scary.

First, dandruff can be more than “flakes.” When dandruff causes itching and irritation, it can affect scalp comfort and trigger more shedding - what many people experience as dandruff and dry scalp hair loss, especially when the condition keeps cycling.

Second, acidity, gas, and bloating can affect how well the gut absorbs nutrients from food. And when absorption is poor, follicles don’t consistently receive what they need. That digestion and hair fall connection is easy to miss because it doesn’t show up in a mirror - until hair starts thinning.

Third, stress was not just a mood detail for Aditi. She explicitly linked stress to migraine episodes. Chronic stress can disrupt routines, sleep quality, and the body’s repair cycles - so treating stress supportively becomes part of hair support too.

Q: Does dandruff actually cause hair fall?

Yes - when dandruff leads to itching and inflammation, constant irritation can worsen shedding. Controlling dandruff helps maintain scalp health, which supports healthier hair growth over time.

The doubts she voiced (and what she really needed)

Aditi asked what many people are afraid to ask directly: will this take time? “Hair Santulan 03 time le sakta hai kya?”

She also wanted reassurance about everyday life: “Periods ke time le sakte hain kya?” She wanted to know what results would show up first, and when: “Abhi hum kya notice karenge… density nahin hoga?”

And when she heard about the hair serum, she immediately asked about what could happen after applying it. The coach explained gently that an initial shedding phase can happen in the first few weeks because the serum contains active ingredients, and that it’s “completely normal” and settles down.

That clarity matters. For someone already anxious about visible scalp, the idea of “more hair fall before it gets better” can feel terrifying - unless someone prepares you for it.

The turning point: a routine that felt doable

Instead of overwhelming Aditi, the coach broke everything down into a simple schedule:

Hair Santulan 03 was her internal support: two tablets at night after food. This formulation is positioned to work on stress, metabolism, bloating, constipation, and overall internal balance - exactly the cluster Aditi reported (stress, acidity, gas/bloating, energy fluctuations). The goal was to strengthen the inside so hair isn’t fighting an uphill battle.

For scalp care, she had Scalp Oil and a Calm Therapy oil shot. She was told to mix the entire Calm Therapy shot into the Scalp Oil bottle in one go, then apply it only twice a week, at least 30 minutes before bathing. Traya positions Scalp Oil as a medicated oil designed to nourish follicles and support scalp health, while the Calm Therapy oil shot is targeted toward high stress and sleep-related concerns.

Cleansing and conditioning were kept gentle: Defence Shampoo two to three times a week, then Defence Conditioner only on lengths (not roots), left for two to three minutes and washed off.

Finally, Hair Active Serum became her nightly, consistent step: one ml using the dropper, spread gently across the scalp to cover the area, and importantly - no massage. Just spread and let it work.

Why she wasn’t pushed into “regrowth everything” immediately

Aditi wanted regrowth, but she also had low BP and migraine. The coach told her clearly that for people with low BP or migraine, a regrowth-focused serum isn’t recommended - so her current plan would focus on density, hair quality, and reducing hair fall first. That safety-first filtering is part of what makes the plan feel personalized instead of generic.

Learning to trust the timeline

The coach laid out a realistic arc: first three months are about dandruff and internal health, hair fall starts reducing around month four as scalp health improves, hair quality improves by month six, and density changes become visible closer to eight months.

For Aditi, that timeline did something important. It replaced panic with a map.

She didn’t have to keep switching products every two weeks. She just had to follow the plan long enough to let it work.

Resolution: not “overnight regrowth,” but a calmer start

Aditi’s story doesn’t end with a dramatic before-after - yet. It ends at the moment many people actually need most: when confusion turns into clarity.

By the end of the call, she had her full routine, she knew what to expect (including early shedding), she understood why the first months would focus on scalp and internal health, and she had a follow-up scheduled. Even her diet-plan confusion was handled patiently: she learned the app collects her meals for seven days before it generates a report.

And that’s what a real hair journey often looks like in the beginning: fewer “miracle” promises, more structure - and a plan you can repeat on ordinary days.
